Fresh, homemade food! We started with the beer cheese appetizer and both the cheese and the pretzels were great. We also ordered the meatloaf sandwich and the reuben. So good!! The meatloaf sandwich was huge and both sandwiches came with a side. It was a good amount of food for the price. Highly recommend!

This is a great mom and pop place! I will most definitely be back. The food portions were good, the apple butter and peach butter are amazing, service was friendly, and overall nice meal. The things that kept it from 5 stars was the market barely had anything priced, they were out of deviled eggs, and I wish their pimento cheese was gluten free. So greatful they offer gluten free bread though!!

My wife and I started going to the Farmstead shortly after it’s opening, and have been repeat customers ever since. As someone who has dined in over 26 countries from my time in the US Military, I appreciate a place that can offer top tier food at such a fair price. Of all the great menu choices, along with rotating specials, we simply can’t get enough of the “local love burger”—definitely the best in town. As wonderful as the food is, the service and consistent hospitality stands in its own. We 100% recommend the farmstead for anyone wanting great food and great service.

I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always fantastic, above and beyond my expectations both in quality and presentation. Service has always been friendly and prompt, but this isn’t a fast food joint so be prepared to hang out a few minutes while your food is prepared. I’m not exaggerating when I say everything I’ve ever ordered has been delicious, but their preparations of meat and poultry has particularly impressed me several times. Prime rib? Might be the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy roasted duck breast? Had it here. Lamb Pierogi? Seriously.

My wife claims this is my new favorite restaurant and she’s probably right. My usual order is ham double decker, a side salad, and lemonade. The top of the double decker is a BLT. It’s a great sandwich. Their side salad is amazing. My wife has ordered a variety of their meals and enjoyed each one.

Very poor!! Went for prime rib and was disappointed that they no longer offered it , so we went with a special for two some kind of rib on a bone for two, it was awful it had a huge bone a lots of fat and was barely enough meat for my husband, I couldn’t eat it cause it looked disgusting!! I ordered a burger and it was just (ok). Our bill for the special was 75 dollars!! It was a rip off!! Would not recommend this place!!

Delicious! This is a small place so if you want to make sure to get a table, better call for a reservation. I had the sirloin and it was so incredibly tender. I think the most tender I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Followed that up with the chocolate torte. There was nothing leftover it’s that good.
