Dairy Queen was phenomenal today! I love the Oreo blizzards! Although, the drive thru line was a little long, it moved kind of swiftly! I highly recommend this business!

There is no customer service. The man-woman at the drive thru spent a lot of time explaining how I should place an order for a banana split. Get a grip sir-ma’am, allow the customer to order, offer an additional item, and provide the greeting of the day when the customer arrives and leaves. Check yourself before you attempt to teach a consumer anything, sir/ma’am. Only visit this place when you have a taste for ice cream and there are no other options.

The manager hired my son over the phone and sent him a schedule. When he showed up to work they told him because of his disability he couldn’t work there. When asked why he said he couldn’t do the job without even seeing what he could do. My son came willing to work and his job coach was even present to assist if needed and to ensure he was able to complete the tasks given on his own. The manager still refused and then when speaking to the owner who said she would make it right and he could work the next scheduled day he was told that day he wasn’t needed and to come in on Saturday. When he called just to be sure they weren’t going to tell him once again he couldn’t work they responded with we don’t need you anymore.

I was craving strawberries so went to get a sundae. It tasted fine, but there was a whole lot of ice cream and not that many strawberries. Next time I will get a different size and see if the ratio is more to my liking.

Shoutout to the ladies working tonight (March 11). We stopped by for a sweet treat and had our pups in the car with us. One of the ladies asked if she could make our pups a pup cup! I didn’t know that was a thing! It made my pups night and ours too! Thanks for putting a smile on our faces. And our blizzards were delicious too!

Honestly my son seems to love the place and that works for me. I personally don’t eat their food but I love their Blizzard. The drive thru was a great experience and I didn’t wait!!!!

Love this DQ! Very fast service, clean, and everybody there is great. Pro tip: if you have a big order it’s better go inside, they’ll get your stuff out asap.
