We stopped here on our drive south!! I was skeptical at first, because I don’t know this area. This was easily the BEST breakfast I ever had! And the 4 other people that were with me think so too…. TRULY DELICIOUS! fresh, and homey! I wish I could eat here often 🙂 we had pancakes, hash, omelettes and sausage and gravy….

We had just traveled from Texas and we were hungry! This place had good reviews, so we decided to try it. I was amazed at the variety of bread, pies, and canned goods. Their donuts are huge! I had the baked oatmeal. I had never heard of it before, so of course I had to try it! It was so good!

The food was all really good, but the service could have been better. We had the grilled ham & cheese on sourdough, the lasagna, and the bruschetta panini with potato salad. All were delicious. For dessert, we had the blueberry pie, cherry pie, and homemade donut. Also really good. The coffee was decent. We didn’t really feel all that welcome, though. The server only came to our table the bare minimum of times (to take the order and drop off our food) and we had to go ask for refills and dessert, and they weren’t that friendly when they were there. Not sure why that was, and I’ve only been there once, so maybe it was a fluke, although I got the same vibe from all the employees.

I love the coffee! Breakfast or lunch the food is great…then I grab some cinnamon sugar donuts for later. Great pies, bread and desserts. This place is great! The chicken pot pie is amazing!

I usually call and order carry out. They are always so quick and the food is so delicious! Staff is very friendly and prices are great especially for the iced coffee.
