I don’t want to be mean, but this was the worst experience I have had in 30 years of eating Thai food. The curry was absolutely horrible. The ratio of solid to liquid was two to one. The chicken was super processed rubber meat. The potatoes in it were strange and chewy. There was not one iota of spice in it, even though I told her I wanted it spicy. And I’ve never once had curry with green beans or tomatoes in it, which were not appetizing.
The sushi looks like it was bought from a grocery two days ago. If I weren’t so hungry, I would not have finished the curry. And I didn’t eat the sushi.
So I definitely would not go back again. And to be honest, I feel like two stars is too generous, but I don’t want to ruin their ratings that bad

Overall a great spot. Menu is huge and offers both sushi, Chinese and Thai options. Sushi was fresh and worth the price.
My only complaint is they delayed our appetizer for take out orders that were placed after we arrived. We received one appetizer and the second didn’t show up till the full meal was served.

Overall, this was a fairly good place to have a lunch at. The food was pretty decent and served fresh. The waitstaff was very prompt, except when it came time to collect the bill.
While.the place doesn’t look like much from the outside, the interior has the appearance of a restaurant from 40+ years ago. It was quite refreshing to see someplace that has not given in to modernity.
The biggest thing that I was unhappy with was that they don’t serve pots of green tea, only cups. As a person who enjoys a lot of green tea with my Chinese meals, this was very disappointing.
I’d deffinatly go here at least once more if given the chance.

Love them. I showed up literally 28mins before closing, ordered A BUNCH of different stuff (crab rangoons, sushi, pork ribs, mooshoo, golden fingers etc…) and everything was perfect, not rushed, not cold, not thrown together… perfect. And they were so so nice about me showing up late. THANK YOU

Great family-run restaurant in a small town— looks unsuspecting but every dish came out super fast and really fresh. The ho fun was really flavorful and the sushi rolls had a generous ratio of rice to fish. Service was super nice and you can tell they care a lot about what they do and the food they make!

This place has great food. We came from NY and tried the shrimp lo mein, general tso chicken, sushi, mango drink, & crab ragoons. Who ever prepares the food cares about taste and presentation and it shows. A+ I will be back.

Average Asian restaurant. Some Tide dishes some Japanese dishes and some traditional Chinese dishes. The food was good. I wouldn’t say great it was good. They also had some specialty cocktail drinks that were nice. The wait staff was good and a pleasure to deal with.

Visiting the East Asian Cuisine restaurant was the perfect end to a day in Great Barrington!!! The food was absolutely delicious and it felt like they really cared about not just presentation, but about creating truly delicious and enticing dishes! The waiter was so kind and perfectly attentive!! He may have been the owner, as he mentioned how the restaurant was his passion… which genuinely made it feel so wonderful to eat there!!! Some businesses feel overly commercialized and serve you as if you’re just a number, but visiting EAC is the exact OPPOSITE!!! Our seating felt intimate, the menu was extensive and well thought out, and the waiter, again, had a wonderful heart and was so kind! The Scallion Pancakes were made with crispy perfection and came with a truly pleasing spicy sauce! My friend ordered and loved the pepper tuna, and I had the general Tso’s tofu! What deliciously prepared dishes!! We’ll definitely go back to try more from their extensive menu!! Thank you East Asian Cuisine!

The vegetable Lo mein from here is so good that sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night thinking about it. Seriously, big fan. The broccoli is cooked perfectly and the noddles are amazing.
Service is also good, fast, and the atmosphere is nice. Restaurant is very clean and has never been too busy when I’ve gone. The fortune cookies are usually stale but that’s the only downside I’ve ever noted so far.
