Cute place. It’s an old house, renovated into a coffee/sandwich shop. Haven’t had the coffee yet, but there were quite a few people coming in for coffee, so it must be good. My husband and I had the Cuban sandwich, which was very tasty.

My uncle and I had a wonderful experience at The Door. We had extra flowers from a service at a nearby church and the folks at The Door were kind enough to give them another life. We grabbed coffees on our way out and were so impressed with the quality of the coffee, the ambiance, and the kindness of the staff. Would absolutely recommend going!

Excellent iced latte, smoothie and breakfast burrito! Lovely, clean dine-in atmosphere as well as outdoor seating. Staff is very friendly and order was prepared quickly. Cute collection of gifts available for purchase too.

A non profit coffeehouse with a relaxed welcoming atmosphere. I’m not a coffee drinker so I can’t judge that but they have some nice energy drinks called adrenaline that are nice. I also really liked the food.

Only good things to say about this sweet coffee shop in small town Laporte! Friendly service, warm atmosphere, and fantastic coffee. A large Americano with cream and a half shot of vanilla has been my go-to drink here and it never disappoints.

not to bash on local coffee shops bc they are great but i think they could have made their coffee a bit better. It had barely any flavoring and a ton of ice. iced coffee u only get one pump of flavoring and milk, no cream. I probably wont be returning bc I could make that myself better. This place is probably more for the old people that dont care what the taste tastes like just there to socialize.

Coffee is good (Heros Rise coffee). Very nice atmosphere the house is very cool with a lot of history to it. If Kevin is around he will probably give you a tour of the place if you ask.
