The Dive and being in this beautiful building on the lake may seem strange but there is an explanation. Comfy, Casual and Cool is the tagline and that is exactly what The Dive strives to offer. Whether you show up in a suit and tie or shorts and flip flops, The Dive is a place that welcomes everyone and offers a comfortable, laid back atmosphere with some great views, a beautiful patio overlooking Unicorn Lake, a wide variety of beers and cocktails, live entertainment from DJ’s to bands to salsa nights and trivia nights, and with a variety of pub games like darts, pool tables, and shuffleboard we cater to every aspect of a Dive bar restaurant.

I came here for the grand opening and honestly the food and drinks here are amazing!! I tried multiple things off of the menu and did not have one bad thing to say about it!! The servers were also very friendly and always made sure we were served in a timely fashion even when they were slammed with many other tables to serve!

I was in town for my daughter’s UNT orientation and had a few hours to kill and wanted to catch the US Open Golf. The staff were very accommodating and made me feel right at home! The chicken parmesan sub was recommended and it was amazing! Thank you all for a great experience, I’ll definitely be back when in town!

The food was excellent. Everything we ordered was very good. My wife says she would make the drive just for the Schnitzel. We ordered some alcoholic drinks that were great as well. Unfortunately, we were about 30 minutes late for happy hour. Next time we will get there a little earlier and try a few different ones. Our server Kaylin was excellent. She was super friendly and seemed to know the menu very well. We will definitely request her again when we go back, which will be very soon!

We went for the first time just a week or so ago, and it was a great experience. We just got drinks and apps and sat on the patio. Service, food, and drinks were all awesome! And happy hour is a great deal! I’m excited to go back, especially to try their brunch! Jessica was our server; she gave us great recommendations and was all around awesome!

I have been coming here for a long time and the food, drinks, and service (especially Sam!) never cease to impress me. Friendly atmosphere and beautiful view from the bartop. Newly renovated patio promises to be an excellent hangout spot once finished. The patio bar lights look absolutely phenomenal and I would love to find out the name and number of the talented and most likely very handsome electrician that installed them!

first time in dallas and looking to explore new local spots. The Dive hands down became the spot to hang out for my friends and I during our stay! we went several times. the food was amazing (from apps, to main entrees, and the pies were everything!). my friends loved their drinks! i’m allergic to alcohol and the awesome bartenders made me some very tasty mocktails/non alcohol drinks! the staff was sooo friendly, helpful, and even suggested things for us to do around town! the owner was always there, present, on the floors, helping his team and checking on us and other tables multiple times! the energy was fun and relaxing. The rapport between the staff and their boss (managers and owners) was refreshing compared to NJ because they all got along and made it fun, they made you feel they enjoyed being there which had us enjoy it that much more. the music was great and they even put on the all star game when we asked without hesitation! they had fun events when we were there! absolutely coming back on my next trip in a couple months!

Stopped by during Happy Hour and ordered a beer. Beer was ice cold draught served in a cold mug. An excellent pick me up on a hot summer afternoon. Fried pickles were great, and so was the service.

The chicken sandwich was great! I loved the fries that came with it. Generous portions for the price, which is nice. If you sit outdoors, beware of mosquitoes and the heat. The fans don’t work outside.

We have been coming to The Dive for a while now. We really enjoy the food, the atmosphere, and the waitstaff. We go frequently on Saturday and Sunday during the brunch hours. Sam is usually working during this time always does an excellent job with the food and the drinks.
