We had supper last night and breakfast this morning. Both were good. Prices are as to be expected. Dinner starts with crispy Flatbread type chips with hummus. The smoked fish dip is excellent. Not all ground up and mushy, but large flaky fish bites surrounded by a nicely seasoned creamy mixture. And comes with a nice serving of banana chips and veggies. Also, the Cobb salad, and we added the salmon, was very good. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and includes coffee and juices. Very good as well. Nice sunset too!

We did not stay at the hotel we had an AirBnB on the island. I highly recommend eating here while visiting Marco Island!! The restaurant is beautiful with a spacious patio with ocean views. We dined here twice and the food was delicious! Pictured is the fried grouper sandwich and the wedge salad. This grouper sandwich is fantastic I will go home dreaming about this sandwich! Cocktails are great too pro tip ask for one to go and take it down to the beach.

Ximena’s service was impeccable. She made sure we always had fresh ice and were taken care of the entire time at the pool. Our pool snacks were delicious. Please make sure she is recognized for her service. Breakfast has room for improvement. They offer pastry on the menu but refused to accommodate my request for a specific pastry from the cafe where my latte was made and brought to me. The food and beverage manager made me get up and leave my breakfast party and get it myself. At $14 a dessert he should have been more accommodating. To add insult to injury they then crushed my pastry into a box instead of plating it, which I then had to do myself. I don’t work here, nor should I have to feel like I do. This is where improvement is needed. Outside of that is was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you to Ximena for making my stay memorable and ending on a positive note.

Recently came up to the bar and was unsure what to order… the bartender Morgan came over and suggested I have Mojito, I asked for it to be made with vodka instead. Let me tell you, it’s was the best! So fresh and delicious, and Morgan was such a sweetheart! Enjoyed the drink, ordered another and made a new friend! Thank you Morgan I’ll definitely be back! Beautiful view, drinks and service!

We stayed at the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort a few weeks ago and we will definitely be going back. The hospitality in this hotel is SUPERB! from the front desk to the restaurants and housekeeping. The reason I’m leaving this review is to compliment XIMENA, she served us by the pool and I can’t remember the last time someone treated my family and I so well, she was attentive and kind with us and our kids kids, I watched her serve the people around me, and she was just as good with everyone else!

Our server Ximena was the best. She was so attentive, kept bringing glasses of ice on a hot day poolside and made sure we had plenty of fruit in our drinks and dips for our chicken. Next time we are in Marco we will make sure to visit her at the Hilton. Top notch!
