Meridian’s most exciting restaurant experience featuring a globally inspired tropical menu with regularly rotating food and drink items. Full menu is available into late night with indoor recreation including pool tables and cornhole. We’re the perfect community spot for comedy events, karaoke, trivia, and local musicians as well! We feature one of the best audio and visual graphics systems in the northwest. We have a private events space that can hold up to 110 people, or almost 300 people in the full space. With over 250 seats, we’re one of the largest restaurants in the entire northwest. Even on a busy night we will usually still have seats!

Absolutely a gem in Meridian ID. Malibu chicken sandwich (minus the bun) and the World of Tacos both were amazing. Great selection of signature cocktails as well as brews. Very quaint decor and atmosphere.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Dalton Royal! The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, and the drinks were just as impressive — perfectly crafted and full of flavor.
The service was amazing from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcomed. On top of that, the atmosphere is just beautiful — elegant, inviting, and perfect for a night out or special occasion.

The grilled cheese, soup, chicken Alfredo, mushroom burger, spicey shrimp pasta were all over-the-top delicious!! Prices are just right…Bryan is a delightful manager. Perfect setting for a cozy dinner with friends.

WORST dining experience I’ve ever had. Made reservations for Valentines Day. Arrived with our party of 6 and were quickly seated, which was nice with some low key live music. We were surprised only about half of tables were in use then found out why. Nice waitress took our order shortly after we arrived but it took 30 minutes for the appetizers to come out and 60 MINUTES MORE for our food to arrive!!! Waitress apologized a little (not much) and said they had lots of To Go orders, so obviously they felt that people NOT in the restaurant were more important. Saw several other people leaving in frustration. When food arrived, much of it was cold or cooked wrong. No manager anywhere checking in or even observing or attempting to make things right. Terribly run place and never going back. So disappointing!!!

I just came to realize we were charged for two margaritas instead of 2 for 1 for the happy hour, we reached out to the owners and they refunded us. I join the other people who said that the vibe feels a little off at first, but reading the story of the place and how they wanted to make a music venue of it then changing it to a restaurant made sense. Massive lights and speakers installed with a full electronic screen for karaoke and open mic but we went during Happy hour around 4:30. So it was not super busy and we chose to sit wherever we wanted. The staff are nice and limited. Blue margaritas buy one get one free are meh. Food was OK. My preferred one is the spicy shrimp pasta. Cod not special, risotto is ok. Good crab salad, l liked the dressing. Fried calamaris just okay.
There are modern like pool tables that turn into tables, you can ask to play for 5$/hour.
Owner came and said hello at the end which was nice.

This place looked really cool in the photos so that’s what attracted us. But it was really dead for a restaurant on Valentine’s Day… there were maybe 7 tables out of 20 full and it took us almost an hour to get our food. There was no communication on why the food took so long and it was incredibly expensive. They had an “event” coming up and were setting up tables around us which seemed to take priority. The food was also okay… it being made from scratch I wasn’t super impressed. If you want to wait forever for okay food this is where you go.

The owner is kind and attentive to all customer satisfaction, the karaoke dj knows what he’s doing, and does it fabulously, all the staff is warming fun and inviting and food and drinks are to DIE FOR! I absolutely love coming here since day 1 visit, I feel so welcomed! The stage, light and even FOG MACHINE set up for their karaoke nights is a true absolute must vist for the avid karaoke, as it’s truly a one of a kind out of this world Rockstar experience!!!!!!

If you’ve ever wondered what the center of the Bermuda Triangle looks like, it’s this. Dalton Royal is an awesome local place to grab some food especially late at night! The food was delicious and there are such cute regulars that love to sing karaoke on Wednesday and Thursdays!!
