My toast was burnt. My food came out 5-10 minutes ahead of my husband’s. Bacon came out and then my husband’s food. We asked to speak to a manager. The GM Matt came over tablet in hand listened to my concerns and never spoke, just nodded. My husband advised me to stop because the GM obviously didn’t care so he walked away. He returned to our table and said he was willing to help but not be disrespected. At no time were we disrespecting to Matt. On a bright note Peyton was a Rockstar server.

This place is a must-go-to for breakfast. I had a blueberry multigrain pancake(easily the best I’ve ever had)with some over easy eggs. As well as a side of biscuits and gravy. Everything was perfect and delicious. Also, Elisha was the best server one could ask for. I can throw down some food and I’m walking out full, excited to come back.

I’m a breakfast connoisseur going to different places all around the country and I’ve never left a review anywhere but here. This is by far the best breakfast I have ever had. The quality, attention to detail, and ingredients are top-notch. Which says a lot because I ordered DoorDash and didn’t even get the food for 20 minutes and it was still better than 90% of restaurants. First Watch will be in my Top 5 breakfast joints of all time. Keep up the great work!

My idea of breakfast is a breakfast bar on the way out the door or talking to a speaker at a drive thru. I have been cured of that now.
Friendly greeting at the door, shown to seats at the counter, more friendly faces, fast drink order then time to peruse the menu.
Didn’t take me long. Saw the chicken hash and stopped. Cojita cheese was the clincher. And it was delicious too.

Minor Issues with food being cooked correctly. Over-easy eggs came out HARD with almost no yoke. Wheat toast wasn’t toasted very much and the potato’s were a little under done and crunchy. My son’s meal was perfect however so I guess it was a 50/50 kinda service.

The waitress did not check on me to see if everything was okay. I ordered pancakes and needed syrup, I had to flag her down to get it. My sausage was under cooked but she never came back to my table so I could let her know.Thus is the first time that I received bad service here. I felt invisible.

Great weekday breakfast place. Weekends are a little more crowded but not bad for Columbus! Food has always been yummy and the Millionaire’s Bacon is the real deal – try it! Oh and there’s this one friendly & kind guy who always makes ya feel at home!

I rarely leave poor reviews for food. As you can see from my many past reviews. I came to this place because of the positive star review and most specifically, eggs Benedict, which is my favorite breakfast food and only get once a year on Mother’s Day.
Before my complaint I want to say portion size was decent. The food, picture worthy.
Now,
This review is based solely on my Eggs Benedict. I ordered the classic. Which is supposed to be toasted English muffin, Canadian bacon (thick cut ham) poached egg and hollandaise sauce.
1. The egg yolk was solid, supposed to ooze when cut.
2. The sauce was overpowered with lemon juice. 3. The “Canadian bacon” was nothing but shaved lunchmeat ham. (I get thicker ham on an egg McMuffin at McDonalds.
4. The “English muffin” was half of an untoasted sub roll. REALLY!!
To top it off, had a tomato slice on it. Not supposed to. If you are going to title it CLASSIC—then is should be classic. 4 ingredients—sauce, egg, ham, English muffin.
My daughter said her soup and sandwich were delicious.
the cheddar bacon cornbread was delicious.
And FYI, yes, I paid for my meal because I ate it. Wasn’t what I wanted but still ate it. Too busy to send back

Our server was awesome.
Even though it appeared to be super busy and full lot we were sat right away. Service was prompt and wait for food was short.
FYI—several months later and no reply to review, so this place doesn’t care about reviews in order to better their establishment.
