I had a particularly mind-altering experience during my first trip to T-Bell on Front St…3 cars in line and I was expecting the worst. It ACTUALLY went quite fast! I proceeded to order 6 double stack tacos, and the woman exclaimed “SIX?!?” With a tone as if I had just invaded Poland. The rest of the order was non-eventful, until I asked for 10 Diablo and 10 Hot sauces, which I think is reasonable for 10 items, I would like to get enough for 4 sauces per item, but I wanted to feel them out a bit. I was surprised but not totally shocked when she said they can only give 1 sauce per item, what came next was mind-altering. I said, “oh thats okay, ill pay extra for the sauces”, only to be told “sorry I have no way to do that, you need to order in the app for that”, but then was immediatley told, “I will do this one time for you”. That’s great, but you just told a Taco Bell fantic that basically this location has a 1 sauce per item policy with no option to get more, so why would I go back? I got my sauces while the getting was good I guess. WRONG! I saw them type in the correct sauces, but in a probable/possible act of passive aggressiveness I was given 10 Mild and 10 Fire (the 2 sauces I did not ask for)…SAD! On the bright side, the portion size was better than the other area Taco Bells, and I can’t complain about the drive-thru time. I’m assuming this sauce policy is at the direction of the penny-pinching franchise owner, if that is the case I can tell them that a “one sauce policy” is the policy of someone inspiring for less sales and more sadness.

I don’t know why everybody is sitting here bashing this place when there’s a bunch of brand new workers that are all rookies in there, I’ve been to this place about now, 5 times, I just ordered 35 dollars worth of food that I’m about to show, and none of it was undercooked. All of the drinks were perfect, although the food was perfect and I got over 30 dollars worth sauce as well for free

I’m not sure why it every time I go here I get killed around the building and made to wait for my order, don’t mind the wait but as someone that travels for work and visits my fair share of TBells…I gotta wonder why? Is it a management issue? Is it the staff being unable to process orders? I mean it’s 12:20AM and there are 5 cars all sitting here in this parking lot waiting for their food alongside me. What gives Taco Bell?

Visited today around 2 PM, and despite a short line ahead and no one behind us, we waited about 15 minutes due to a large order. While I understand grill items take time, the food quality was disappointing. Our crunch wraps were mostly tortilla with barely any beef, as shown in the photos. The fiesta potatoes tasted stale, which is surprising given the restaurant’s recent opening. Additionally, the grilled cheese burrito was only lightly grilled, just enough to melt the cheese, not what was expected. Overall, the food lacked ingredients and proper preparation. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Despite using a measuring scoop for meat portioning on a taco, they seem to lack the amount of meat to tortilla. This is odd, because ive never had this issue with other local locations. I also recieved 5 (as requested) hot sauces with dried, crusted old sauce (from a burstsd packet) all sticking them together.. obvious to notice before putting in a guests bag. Yum. If you wouldn’t use them yourself, dont put them in a customers bag. We get it happens.

Customer service has been much much better than other locations in the area. Always quick to get through, as other local locations there’s very long lines.

When the food is made correctly, its absolutely fantastic and I go in on it. They get it wrong 3 times out of 5 but I’m still going for the 2 times they get it right regardless. The staff is friendly and I’m sure they’d fix it if I wasn’t too lazy to go back as I only use drive thru. Error on both ends so nbd. I could always double check, they could always get it right. Either way, I’ll be there when the munchies kick in. I’m ordering enough so if they do mess up it has a replacement anyway. Happy mediums.

I came in to get some service and a women was in the waiting area who was suppose to be working was just chatting away with her boyfriend. I ask for service because they messed my food up and she completely ignored me because she was on her “break”. Even though she in her break she should of ask a worker to help me. and got complete ignored and this is the same women in drive thru that continue messes up my order and Everytime she hands me my food it smells nasty. Please preach cleaniness at your restaurant please.> Keep your good workers in the same spots. The ones that act like they care but they really don’t . Thank you again.

Apart from the usual slow service at this site, the staff are either (1) willing to lie or (2) have been instructed to lie about whether they are allowed to make vegetarian modifications to orders. We were told at the drive thru that they could not substitute meat for another item – that it was actually prohibited in their ordering system. When we went inside instead, we could order with substitutions on the kiosks. Staff were hostile about fulfilling the order.

While visiting the upper front Street location I had went through the drive-thru and had the best customer service experience from a woman named Amber. At times we really think she is a robot or an AI but her voice is so professional. You definitely need more employees like her.
