I went here for the first time on Mother’s Day. Place was empty but the staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu so I chose her recommendation (Superhead) and I added a extra shot. I’m not a alcohol person but it was good, wasn’t too strong but I felt it and it was only a small. I would definitely go back again!

I been here a few times, the location is convenient and for the most part the wait is not that bad. The prices are reasonable, I decided to try the food for the first time. I ordered the smoke chicken salad (I didn’t know it came in a small container, I was thinking bed of lettuce AND smoked chicken). I changed my order (braced myself for attitude) there was none, the lady was very accommodating, and I apologized sincerely for the mix up (I read the flyer on the counter and wanted that famous salad, I was too hungry for that small container). I wanted the pile up (ham, turkey, roast beef, lettuce, spinach, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles and I wanted olives) it was GOOD. I been eating it for two days now. It’s no BIG DADDY salad but the pile up held its own and I LOVE the different salad variety types in my efforts to eat clean. Definitely, going back. The shots were SO GOOD!!!!! Back again, the customer service had plenty room for improvement, the young lady who waited on me was “Dry NICE”….lol but I lived, hope the dollar tip I gave her went toward some hospitality lessons. As always the pile up is my favorite, except it’s 2 dollars more (blinking…lol I guess some of YOU like it TOO) I’m not mad because it’s definitely worth it. I even got a daiquiri (I can’t drink during the week). The Score remains the same, I’m really BIG on customer service, you never know WHO will walk through your door or the kind of impressions you leave on a customer but I digress WE are all hue-man and I definitely have my days.

Daqs a decent. Not too much alcohol, but at least you can’t taste unlike a lot of daq shops. Best thing is the chicken salad. We get it everytime we come in town. Best chicken salad hands down!

I really love coming to this location for fast and delicious Frozen daiquiris. They have all sorts of delicious flavors. They also have a variety of food choices that can be prepared or already prepared for you. They have the flavored pickles as well. I am a great fan of the smoked chicken salad with the club crackers. The prices are very reasonable. If you’re looking to purchase a drink and want to sit down and have a quick bite they have chairs readily available along with tables for you to say that to enjoy your drink here or they have closed sealed drink containers that you can take home with you. Which I do love because I’m one to take my drink home drink a little bit and put it in the freezer off and on for maybe a week or so I’m not a heavy drinker. The staff is great everyone is Pleasant to deal with and are very efficient. I do highly recommend this place.

I went in 9:45 pm on 12/31 new years. I ordered a chocolate sunrise. The lady behind the counter gave me drink and I got back to the car to only noticed that it wasn’t even mixed it was just one flavor. I went back and told the lady of the mistake and she didn’t even offer to remix it or try a different drink AFTER I ASKED TO FIX THE DRINK TO PREVENT A BAD EXPERIENCE. She simply said it was nothing she could do. I couldn’t help feel like I got this kind of treatment is because I didn’t look like the clientele they’re used to servicing. The worst feeling is being mistreated at a place you go and spend your money. It’s unfortunate but these instances are on brand for “ESTABLISHMENTS” like these. Never again.

My customer service expectations doesn’t change just because I stop by a daiquiri factory for a quick daiquiri, and Eli delivered beyond expected. He was prepared to assist me with his professional and friendly demeanor. I simply told him to make me something, and his expertise deliver at . His energy was awesome, capturing and contagious, and he didn’t mind the challenge. I wasn’t disappointed at all! This has always been my preferred daiquiri stop, and they’ve been consistent in delivering excellence.
