Everything about this place is good! Stopped on a whim glad I did. Food hot and very fresh and very fast. Originally wanted a quick sandwich as we were in a hurry. They didn’t have an Everything bagel ready but saw i was looking as said they’d make me whatever I wanted… great customer service super nice people.

Warm welcoming vibe upon entry. Friendly staff. The food smells, looks, and tastes amazing. I got a bacon egg and cheese along with a half dozen blueberry bagels. Reasonable prices and nice area to sit and eat.

I have had bagels from places like Panera so I wanted to give it a try. I liked that there was a kiosk to order from. I got a plain bagel with apple butter and they did not skimp on the apple butter. The bagel was fluffy and soft. I highly recommend!

I’ve traveled to Long Island numerous times where it’s littered with homemade bagels, while there’s few and far between in upstate NY sadly. So, I was super excited to learn there was a homemade bagel place opening in Elmira!
My boyfriend and I have gone twice so far since they’ve opened, and we’re pleased overall. Our only critique is the everything bagels are just a touch over-salted. Otherwise, the people working behind the counter are friendly and seem super hard-working, definitely go support them!

I went to get a gluten-free bagel thia morning on my way to work. I have been gluten-free for 12 years. This is the best gluten-free product ,especially a bagel, that I ever had. The bagels texture reminded me of my grandmother’s homemade bread. Delicious!

Really great amount of options, by the time I got there mostly all the baked goods and specialty bagels were sold out but I take that as a good sign. The bagel I had was great, good texture and they do not skimp out on the cream cheese.

They’ve just opened, but they had a very thoughtful variety of bagels/baked goods, as well as sweeteners/creamers for coffee/tea! As a family with members who are dairy free, gluten free, and limited refined sugars, it is lovely having a local shop that has options for all of us! The bagels are fresh and DELICIOUS, and my kids loved being able to get a muffin that was “their kind” that also tasted amazing! We will absolutely be going back!
