I stopped by around 4 PM, and some ice cream and donut flavors were already sold out. The ice cream was delicious, and the donuts were great as well. The shop has a clean and pleasant atmosphere, with plenty of parking available. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I will come back

Horrible experience no customer service to seen anyway and order through mobile app cuz im disable and the wife wanted to buy me breakfast. Well needless to say 2025 and show someone a recipet and order number but can’t tell me hey look since we are out of eggs can we get you something else . Nope leave me standing there while in pain looking for a recipet I just showed you and half the order sitting there but no recipet. So look even if you’re trying to skip lines and get fast easy good nope not here leaving without food to take my medication with.

My friend and I go pretty often in the afternoon for iced coffee. Simple order. We don’t get food, ask for modifications, or any ice creams. Just coffees with cream and sugar. This time however, as we got up to the window to pay, the girl asked if we didn’t want Mangonadas instead? I looked at her confused, and smiled to not appear rude, and told her no and explained that we’d just like coffees. She tried quickly back tracking when she noticed my friend and I looked at each other. Yes we’re both Hispanic, but it felt so weird, especially since no one else was in line so it’s not as if she had our order confused with another car or had any extra drinks to give away. I get mistakes and slips of the tongue happen, but maybe talk to the staff to not make assumptions. Others may not take it as lightly..

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They’re so slow and park you at drive through even when nobody is behind you! Drinks are never made right. It does t seem like they have a manager. The girl Brittany that works in drive through is so unfriendly. They just need to get rid of the entire staff and start over!! I do not recommend this location!!

This is the friendliest dunkin I have ever been to. Our cashier terri was the sweetest. our food was quick and hot. And of course got our sweet fix w some coconut donuts .

I’m fairly new to Dunkin’ and have been pleasantly surprised. I have been on a toasted coconut flavor bend here lately, and Dunkin’ fixed an ice coffee for me today. This place is new to Kerrville and I’ve enjoyed their drive-thru service. Their folks are always friendly and provide the best suggestions which help me learn the menu. Two thumbs up!
Update: most recently used the mobile app again! It does get easy and fun! I highly recommend the Dunkin’ app!

Today was my second time going to dunkin d.since they opened in k-town(Kerrville). Dissatisfied both times.Staff is always friendly. I went 1st thing in the morning hoping for hot/fresh. Cold, taste old, donuts just like the 1st time, and way.. over priced and small. I usually go to the other donuts shops and my order is fresh and hot when I get to my destination. Dunkin was cold when they give me my order. Box cold, donuts cold. I gave a 2nd and last try. I could’ve taken it back I think it would be the same. I get better donuts from the stores for a lot less and fluffy fresh tasting. I will not give it another try. 2 strikes you’re out. I don’t play with my money. Very disappointed in this place. I would discourage anyone from going there. No recommendations from me to go there.
