I used to work at Starbucks so when I asked for a Quintuple Expresso with ice and sweet vanilla cold cream I thought it would be easy to make. Each purchase of cold cream calls for 100ml of cream. I asked for 400ml, ice and five shots. The barista gave me too little cream and when I asked for more he told me he would have to charge me for a latte. He also diligently fed on his food with no gloves in the middle of all of this. I also asked for a second cup because I drive a bike and need my cup thicker so it doesn’t fold on itself. He told me no and gave me a very small cup. I don’t appreciate this customer service, how hard is it to smile make a drink and say bye.

First time at this location, but a daily Starbucks customer at other locations in Santa Fe. My 15-year-old daughter and I ordered our favorite drinks, a Caramel Macchiato and a Pumpkin Spiced Cream Chai. Not only were these the best Starbucks drinks we’ve had in 10+ years of our daily visits to Starbucks, but we also had the nicest Barista named Isaiah! He was patient, kind, and made awesome drinks! Starbucks has grown and become a benchmark for the “Best in Class” coffee bar experience. However, in the quest to deliver a uniform experience at locations across the country, Starbucks has allowed many small, local cafes to design an alternative experience and a superior product unfettered by the need to deliver a recognizable brand experience to the anonymous “consumer”. Individuality and the unexpected in flavor, service and atmosphere are much more valuable than predictability and uniformity. Starbucks has good coffee but it is time for a new focus on the core coffee experience!

Just stopped at this location and I would not recommend going here. The barista Rose took my order. She did not say a word to me when she took my order. She then proceeded to make one of my drinks wrong and the other correct. They were both the same drink. And when I told her the other was wrong she waved her hand at me and told me it’s all the same thing and that it was fine and walked off. I would not recommend this location, awful experience.

Most of the staff seem unhappy to be there or to be speaking to you.
Drinks are made fine, though they aren’t anything special. In a tight spot, this isn’t too bad for a caffeine fix (but there are much better Sbux options in town).
Sometimes they’re closed and there are no hours posted and the Albertsons staff don’t know why either. Seems odd and disorganized.
