I was so pleased and surprised to find this place. Excellent Cuban food in Savannah tennessee. We needed more variety in this town and this restaurant seems to make all their food homemade, except for maybe the baked goods which are still fantastic. The prices of very reasonable too.
So now we don’t have to go all the way to Miami to Little Havana to have the kind of food we love!

Lots of portions. The lady is very kind, her daughter works the front.
My favorite is the shrimp salad with the mayo/ketchup sauce and their rice pudding. I also like their cream cheese breakfast pastry.
Don’t go later in the day, they sell out quickly!!!!

Went there this evening… and well. I would say this place was great BUT. It wasn’t. It was AMAZING! such friendly service and the food was the best! I would recommend if your local to go try it out! WELL worth a drive to see what they have to offer also! I would add pics but it was gobbled down too fast…

We worked in miami, for a couple of years, many years ago. We grew to enjoy cuban cooking. When we heard, then a Cuban cafe had opened up Savannah, Tennessee we decided to check it out. wow!! Were we pleasantly surprised!! This place does an excellent job. And it has a very varied menu for both breakfast and lunch. They take their time to do it right and serve it hot. We will be going back many times!!!

Hardin county doesn’t have a wide variety of types of restaurants so The Cuban Spot already is a bright spot in a sea of mundanity.
The dishes are authentic and delicious. The variety on the menu can be intimidating but any choice won’t disappoint.

The food is exceptional. The plate lunches have an awesome price and everything I’ve ever tried tastes so good. I’ve also ordered off the menu and it’s delicious as well. Can’t go wrong eating here!
