Usually not one to complain however I’ve had an extremely depressing day and all I wanted was chipotle. Now, I’m not pretending to pack my bowl full of all sorts of toppings (I’m just a white girl after all) BUT!!! This was the saddest bowl I’ve ever received in my life. 5 pieces of chicken. A light dusting of lettuce and cheese. And probably half a scoop of rice. Man I paid like 14 bucks for this . This is criminal. I’d get more food in a kids meal. Extremely disappointed and implore the employees to just do their jobs and give a girl some full scoops PLEASE. My dad’s burrito was also comically small and had a crap load of stems and straight up pieces of fat no steak. You could even just fill it up with rice!! Anything of substance! I’m left starving and sad. Good night everyone.

My bowl was FULL TO THE BRIM scoops upon scoops of food, honestly overflowing in the best way. You can tell it was hand-crafted with love.
On top of that, the employees deserve major praise. The line was out the door and those workers were absolutely HUSTLING!! fast, focused, and still friendly under pressure. It’s so refreshing to see a team working that hard and still delivering amazing food.

It is absolutely MIND-BOGGLING how this location remains open. I don’t know if it’s just completely incompetent management or all high school flunky employees, but this place NEVER gets it right.
Aside from biting into a giant LEAF in my bowl (pictured), the rice—which was supposed to be brown—was literally uncooked, and the food overall had zero flavor whatsoever.
If you value your sanity and absolutely must have Chipotle, I would recommend going out of your way to a different location.

I do not normally write reviews but I could not stop thinking about this experience. We went to this location on 1/20 around 6-7 pm. There were about 3 other customers in the store, I recognize this may have been after the dinner rush so I am trying to give grace here. The service was horrible, the staff was rude and acted like they would rather be just about anywhere else than at work. The food on the line looked like it had been there for days. My girlfriend asked for black beans on her order and was give maybe a tablespoon of beans that were scraped from the bottom of the pan. Protein options were dry and flavorless. They were out of vinaigrette for my salad. Overall, the meal was flavorless, stale and was a poor experience from start to finish. Chipotle has gone considerably downhill in the last few years. We are disappointed to say the least.

This has to be one of the worst run Chipotle’s in Columbus. Never pleased with this location. Look at this sour cream soup of a burrito bowl. Chips are always old, cold and borderline soggy. Service is always below par.

Every single time I place a mobile order for pickup, there is always something wrong, missing items, incorrect ingredients, or just completely botched orders. It’s become routine at this point.
What makes it worse is the attitude when you try to get it fixed. Instead of owning the mistake, the staff acts like you’re making it up or somehow at fault. It’s incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. The customer service here is nonexistent.
I genuinely don’t understand how this location is allowed to operate under the Chipotle name. Management clearly doesn’t care, and it shows. I will never order from this location again.

One of the worst chipotles you will go to. It appears they only hire children. Napkins and utensils routinely empty. I think they had to close the store a few weeks back because of call-offs. Its currently 5 pm and there is one person on the line….no cashier. No white rice. Need new management? It’s unfortunate this is the only chipotle in this area.

I just had one of the worst experiences in the store at 9733 Sawmill parkway in Powell Ohio. The kitchen serving line was disgusting, and the employee working the line completely ignored us. We said hello, and she never even looked up to make eye contact. She made soft tacos for a to go order and apparently messed them up as she angrily threw them in the trash, she then reached into the TRASH and noticed us watching her. She then walked back to the line, again ignoring us and remade the tacos with the SAME GLOVES she reached into the trash with. We were the only ones in the store and were horrified. We walked out as none of the people “working” even acknowledged us. The entire interaction was very disrespectful. I really hope the health inspector comes to this location soon, as from other reviews of this store nothing has changed.

I fall for it over and over and over again. The inconsistency at Chipotle is mind blowing to me. This time it was a completely different circumstance. Went in to pick up two large chicken quesadillas. Usually the one thing that is made consistent. Nope, not this time. This girl makes me two large quesadillas, might as well been two small because the amount of ingredients she used was pathetic to say the least. She puts the food in a bowl and I’m like um, do I get my sides? Shes like no that’s with the kids meal. I said since when? I get that every time. Her and the girl beside her her just stare at me like a dear in headlights. I’m like ok, never mind then. So I paid $20 for two horribly made quesadillas. Then to top it off. Last visit and this current visit I’ve had rewards available for a free quesadilla. For some odd reason says I can only use it on an online order. So I didn’t use it last visit. Didn’t think much of it. This time I tried to order online and use the free reward and it says quesadilla order wasn’t available for purchase. So when I went inside to order I got to the register to pay for my two awful quesadillas and I asked If i could somehow get to use the reward in store. She’s like no I don’t know why it’s not working. I’m not sure what’s wrong. No resolution. Just move on! There use to be a time chipotle service and quality was amazing. That time has long passed.
