My husband and I stopped here after visiting a convention nearby, and the food was great! The staff was kind, food is made quickly in front of you, customizable, and the flavor was amazing. I had a birria quesadilla and my husband had the burrito al pastor with enchilada sauce, they were both very fresh and flavorful! The guacamole, salsa verde, birria meat, and enchilada sauce are very delicious. Definitively check it out if you’re in the area, my husband and I will be back when we catch ourselves back in Seattle.

After reading the reviews, I decided to try this place which was right up the street from the hotel I stayed at. I wasn’t disappointed. I got the steak Taco plate and let me tell you that is the best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten! Fresh, tasted great, and the portions were large! The employees were very kind. When I go back to Seattle for a visit, this will be one of places I visit again! 🙂

Wonderful tacos and burritos. As good as any. They serve the food much like a traditional Mexican fast food joint where you order your food as they prep it and pay before sitting.
The toppings and ingredients are all a solid 7-8/10 the tortillas are basic but just fine at a 5/10.
The overall experience is a 8/10 top 5% nationally. The value is right on par at a solid 8/10 keeping the entire meal at 8/10 a truly astonishing taco experience.

We just left the Blue Water Taco Grill on Queen Ann Ave in Seattle. We’re happily stuffed after eating some of the best steak tacos we’ve ever eaten!! We’re from Texas, and we eat a LOT of tacos, but these were as good as any (and better than most) of the Tacos we’ve gotten at home. The ingredients were super fresh, they were made to order exactly how we wanted them. The staff was awesome, very helpful with their recommendations. It was a beautiful sunny day in Seattle and we ate on the back patio, which was really clean and pleasant. The price was really reasonable and the portions were huge. We can’t say enough good things. GO. Eat the Tacos.

Updated my review from 4 to 5 stars. Staff is incredibly nice and respectful. Food is very well prepared and fresh. Ons thing I would tell the staff, is to pay a little more attention to table cleanliness and maybe remember to whip them periodically. Glad I came back anyway. Delicious!!

I can not express enough how much I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at this fine dining establishment. I visited Seattle about 2 weeks ago and the fact that this experience is still on my mind is a testament to how good the food is. I will make it my mission to come back to Seattle at least once a year to relive this great experience. Try the quesadillas, you won’t be disappointed!

Loved this place. Ordering is a lot of fun… it’s like Chipotle, but with a bounty of handmade salsas, toppings and options.
Your food is made in front of you, you top it how you like it. It’s awesome.
The order of tacos is 2. I was a little worried, but found that the taco was not only satisfying, but packed. The fancy rice is huge, and for 9.99, you can’t miss.
I haven’t gotten into the salsa yet, but at this rate, I can only expect it to be awesome.
