The food is decent, the rolls were very good. The burgers were so-so. I wasn’t impressed with the service, especially because it’s not exactly a cheap place. I just didn’t find good overall value for money. The bento boxes for example are not really satisfying. It just doesn’t amaze me. I mean it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t recommend it either. The service could be better with a little more friendliness and enthusiasm.

After a long morning walking Universal Studios, we decided to leave the park to get lunch as we were tired of park food. We’re so glad we left, as this place was SO good! The food was so fresh and filling, and was a much reasonable price than the park. Highly recommend taking a cool, and tasty, break if you’re visiting the park!

I eat here everytime I go to Universal. It’s a great break from the theme park restaurants and the sushi is actually quite good. I wish they had more fresh sushi options on the menu as most items are flash fried. The truffle fries are really good and they cook their burgers well. It’s a cool 3-story restaurant with views of City Walk. Bars on all floors and a large sushi bar on the second floor. Plenty of options for kids even if they don’t like sushi.

First visit here and I was not impressed. It wasn’t very busy when we went but it still took almost 45 minutes to get our food. Our drinks were never refilled. There was what looked to be one waitress actually taking orders (she was great btw.) There were a lot of employees there running around but not really doing anything. The chef/cook/prep person had answered the phone and had the rolling pin on his shoulder in his long hair (not in a hair net) so that was gross. The atmosphere itself seemed fun. I wouldn’t go back, my personal opinion.

I took a chance because my daughter and I love sushi. My other daughter, not so much. Lol Everything was absolutely delicious and my 10yr old LOVED her kids meal. The portions were the perfect size. The staff was also very nice and attentive even though they were packed by the time we were eating. I highly recommend!

This place was great! I love sushi and my partner loves burgers so you know we had to try this place out when we came across it at City Walk. The bartender so very nice and even sang happy birthday.

Unique take on Asian and American fusion food. Really enjoyed eating here. We got a seat in outdoor section. The appetizer crab rangoon dip was delicious. The firecracker roll was really good. The Shakin Tuna sandwich was unique and tasty. The food was affordable and our server was was nice and attentive.

Things didn’t start well with Cait, the personification of apathy. She didn’t give eye contact, take her elbows off the desk or even greet us. The first words were inside or outside seating.

The crab Rangoon dip was good, but not that big of a deal. I wasn’t a fan of the spicy sauce that was layered on top of the chip piece.
