Ordered online. 45 minutes delivery time. Cool I know they get busy I didn’t mind. Placed order at 6:17. Called guy at about 7:15 because it wasn’t here. I told him to tell the driver to take it because it’s been in the car for over 40 minutes from when it said it was on the way. I asked to have it remade and he said yeah but it’ll be 30 minutes. Told him to not bother. Delivery driver shows up at my door at 7:50. Had to tell him to turn back around because I didn’t want cold pizza.

DO NOT ORDER THE BIG NEW YORKER!! I ordered the big new yorker with extra cheese, but what i received was a very cold pizza that looks like its been sitting outside for a couple days. the outer crust was burnt, some pieces wouldnt even break apart it was so crispy. less cheese and pepperoni than a normal hand tossed large!! the manager could not find my order, i gave him my address and phone number. so, all that money i spent (plus ten dollar tip for delivery driver) down the drain

I’ve only used them for delivery, so this review doesn’t touch on their store front or dining area (if they have one).
1) Slow. Everything arrives later than I would normally expect, and they’re slower than their competitors in the area. At least twice, this was blamed on staffing issues.
2) Gross. Three times, a pizza was delivered that was either luke-warm or appeared to have been sitting under the heatlamps or in a warming oven. In each of those times, it tasted terrible – so bad that I threw it away.
3) Poorly made. Four times, I’d ordered boneless wings in one sauce or another only to find that they’d simply put the sauce in the container, then threw the chicken in on top of the sauce. I have a picture of one of those times.
4) Consistently bad. They used to be better than this, but this location has gone downhill over the past year. I keep giving them more chances, and it never gets better. I tell the drivers about the issues I’ve had with previous orders, yet nothing gets better. I’ve told whoever was on the other side of the phone, yet nothing gets better.
I honestly don’t know if they’re working on the issues or not. I don’t want coupons or free items – I simply want what I ordered when I order it, and I want it to taste like it should.

I needed to place an order to be picked up early morning and Steven was very helpful. He also threw in cookie decorated for my mom for her 89th birthday. Pizza was great. Thanks Steven for showing that you really care.

I ordered the big New Yorker well done. Idk what they did to it. Way too much seasoning or whatever they put on it. My 4 year old daughter won’t even eat it. I don’t want to eat it either. Waste of money and time. Will not be coming back

My pizza arrived over 45 minutes past the delivery time. The food had clearly been in a warmer the majority of that time. It was not edible, even by my pizza loving kids. This is just one of at least a handful of times this has happened over the years, including two times where it never showed up at all. One time, they forgot to send chicken with the pizza. After calling the store, they said they would resend the chicken out. An hour later when it still wasn’t here, we called again. Half an hour later, the doorbell rang. When we opened the door, the chicken was sitting on the porch and the driver was already back in his car driving away. The chicken was freezing and inedible. We keep saying we will never order for delivery again, and we need to actually stick to it. We have had a few successful delivery orders over the years, as well as carry-out success, but delivery will not happen again.

I was treated very rudely and my pizza wasn’t even in their system, but was on my phone. I canceled my order and went to Dominoes where the service was wonderful and my pizza was done in less than five minutes!

This pizza hut normally has very good food and always arrives hot and fresh. However, that is only if you order in the day. If you order at night, there’s a very high chance that your order won’t even be delivered. This has happened to me multiple times where I order around 8:00 (the tracker even says order has been received) and the order never comes. I’ve called the store and told them about this, and all they said was “yea that’s just some online issue sorry about that”. They didn’t even offer to redeliver with a discount or anything. She said if there’s just one driver and too many orders they’ll literally just cut your order. I understand if my order needs to be cut, but it would be helpful to AT LEAST let the customer know that their order was cancelled… rather than have your customer patiently wait for an order that will never come.

3 of the last 4 times I have ordered from Pizza Hut, my order has been wrong. Twice they brought the wrong pop, once they forgot half of my pasta order. This last time was the worst. The delivery driver walked across my fresh concrete. He walked around the caution tape and right across the brand new, freshly poured concrete. He left foot marks all the way across a band new patio and sidewalk. When I called the store to talk to a manager nobody would answer the phone. The next night my son requested pizza hut again, because we enjoy the stuff crust pizza and wings. Needless to say, we found other arrangements for food. I am livid and if the footprints do not come out, you will be hearing from my lawyer. This is completely unacceptable, from walking on the fresh concrete to not answering the phone when a customer calls.
