We had some time during our layover at the Miami Airport to grab something to eat before our connecting flight. The staff was friendly and helpful, but only two guys juggling orders and drinks. If we were pressed for time, we would have asked first. I felt they did a good job. They specialize in burgers, I guess we should have ordered one. We were there between breakfast and lunch. My grilled chicken piece was thin and over cooked. The bun and toppings were delicious, tho. The skinny sliced French fries were good. I was told the breakfast burrito was just OK. High prices for the quality, but Airport convenience is always more expensive. They also serve cocktails, beer, and milkshakes.

I would not recommend this place. I purchased food from here during a layover and it was horrible. I simply ordered fries and chicken wings. The fries were cold and stale. The chicken wings were undercooked. On top of that, the person at the to-go counter over charged me and told me “the prices changed”. He had to get his colleague, who pointed out to him, that he selected the wrong item. This was a total waste of time and money. Eat somewhere else.

The gentleman that works there is very kind and he deserves all of the appreciation! But there is a lady there that was behind him micromanaging for no reason and she was rude and didn’t even want to give me what I wanted to pay for so that’s the only reason there’s no stars but if I could give it five stars just for his service and that’s then I would! But the ladies there are just rude and they have no customer service skills!

Omg one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. I could’ve had 2 but the fries! They were SO GOOD!!! I’ll make sure to stop by again next time I’m at the airport. The waiter seemed a bit on edge but he was still professional. One of our burgers was very red. You can order from your phone and pay right there. This one burger didn’t ask for how we wanted the meat so we sent it back and it came right back out -a little burnt on the outside but it was still really good.

Place your order online and sit for 45 minutes only to find out you aren’t going to eat. Do Not go here if you don’t have an hour and a half before your flight. Recommend you find somewhere else to eat.

I wish I could do a better job of getting the word out there. This place is absolutely awful. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

The options for building your own burger are good, the quality of the good is good, and the fries are very good. The only real setback is the price; 5 burgers with two drinks was $150, which even for an airport restaurant is a little excessive. Overall decent experience.

By far, one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. I chose a seat at the bar-end of the restaurant. There was no card or placard anywhere on the counter that claimed I was supposed to log into the menu online and order virtually, but when I waved over the bartender to ask after being ignored for 10 minutes, he seemed insulted and snippy that I didn’t automatically know that myself. When I told him that I had encountered a glitch, one of the waitresses came over and got mad at me for “not doing it right.” When SHE went behind the counter and adjusted the settings afterwards, then the issue was fixed. I ordered my meal: a custom burger with fries and water. When the burger and fries arrived, delivered by a different waitress, I tried to ask her about my water and was promptly ignored. Minutes later, I was finally able to get the bartender’s attention so I could get my beverage; again, he seemed annoyed that I asked for what I ordered. The fries were cold, the burger was missing ingredients that I had ordered, and it tasted like all of its components were bottom of the barrel, low quality garbage. I was starving and wanting to leave ASAP, so I ate it. Not even 5 minutes into eating my food, the first waitress comes back, leans over my food, and demands that I pay for it immediately. “You have to close out of all of your apps, open the camera, scan the code, and I need to watch you pay for it before you ditch on us.” What kind of service is that!? I hadn’t even taken 3 bites of the burger! When I encountered a glitch again, she went behind the bar again to fiddle with the settings, came back to me, snapped my phone out my hands, and started typing away on my own device without my permission. Luckily, the issue was fixed, but I was appalled at her rude behavior! I left no tip, paid, and left. That was by far one of the most, if not the absolute most, unprofessional and inexcusable dining experiences I have ever witnessed. I was actively harassed by their staff for my money before my meal was even close to complete, and the rudeness I experienced for asking questions like, “How do I order,” and, “May I please have my water,” was beyond atrocious. Stay away from here; I have no idea how this place is still in business.

I was just looking for a quiet place to eat during my layover. Counter was that but had struggles after entering. The link provided didn’t provide the same options as the poster board out front. The wait staff would pick and choose customers to visit. 3 groups who came in after me were seen and attended to before me. It took 20 minutes to get a water. The burger was okay and fries were the best food I received.
