This place is honestly a disaster for an airport restaurant. Not only is the food overpriced, but it’s also greasy, tasteless, and served in ridiculously small portions. 2 chicken tenders plates + a drink for 50 bucks.

The ordering system makes everything painfully slow, which is the last thing anyone wants when trying to catch a flight. It feels like every single option on the menu is heavy and unhealthy, and absolutely not worth what they charge. The only redeeming factor was the Latina waitress, who did her best to make the experience less awful — but even her kindness couldn’t save it. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in an airport.

While I had to wait for my next flight, I sat down here to eat.
PROS:
– Very friendly and helpful guy was assisting me.
– The place was not busy.
– The food (burger and fries) tasted reasonably good.

CONS:
– Way overpriced. I paid USD 32 for a simple, average burger with fries and cold tea.
– It takes way too long before you get your food. I waited almost 30 minutes.
– The atmosphere was cold.

Will not eat there again because of the high prices.

We stopped in while at the Miami airport for a couple burgers and some drinks. The burgers were outstanding! The service was good and the drinks were good although very expensive. $24 for a Mai Tai is a bit much even for the airport. Overall it was was a good experience and we would visit again.

Do not eat here. Lucky we were not in a hurry. Burgers here are awful. Patties taste like leftovers that were cooked the day before. Dry. The server was polite but one of the cooks was confeontational. Manager did not make pay for it so that was good. I would rather pay for decent food though.

The service is extremely poor. You have to scan a QR code to order and pay and it takes a long time before the order arrives. Also, some of QR codes don’t works so that too was an issue. I would say it took longer than 20 mins to get our order which was only a burger and fries. When we sat down there were no more than about 4 people there so it wasn’t busy.

Around 9am, we ordered 3 breakfast burritos and tater tots. All of it was fresh and tasted great. The service was quick and friendly. We requested hot sauce to go and they generously filled some to-go cups for us. Would definitely eat here again.

We had some time during our layover at the Miami Airport to grab something to eat before our connecting flight. The staff was friendly and helpful, but only two guys juggling orders and drinks. If we were pressed for time, we would have asked first. I felt they did a good job. They specialize in burgers, I guess we should have ordered one. We were there between breakfast and lunch. My grilled chicken piece was thin and over cooked. The bun and toppings were delicious, tho. The skinny sliced French fries were good. I was told the breakfast burrito was just OK. High prices for the quality, but Airport convenience is always more expensive. They also serve cocktails, beer, and milkshakes.

Bland vegan burger. Avoid if you can. I had a discount coupon and they refused it. Same thing happened to the person next to me. Plenty of other places to eat!

Poor food. Poor service. Staff yelling at each other across the restaurant. You don’t even get waited on and there’s a mandatory 18% service fee.
Grossest part was the bald bearded employee open mouth coughing all over the place and running his hands all over his head, face and beard and then touching things without washing his hands.
FYI…if you’re out of burger buns tell your customers before they order burgers.

Absolutely appalled by my trip here. Came in with a group of us and sat at three tables. We only wanted a beer to finalise our holiday together. Half our party decided to go elsewhere so three of us remained. We had taken three tables initially to fit us all and when half the group left we moved from one to fit our group. Before our entire group even arrived and myself and my partner were waiting for them, we were given dirty looks from the three female staff members until we moved over to two tables. Bearing in mind we had only been there for about two minutes total. We didn’t intend on taking more tables than necessary but we didn’t expect the other half of our group to up and leave and when they did we moved over without even having to be asked. We were then told only two of the several beers they had were on offer, so myself and my fiancé ordered the two beers whilst the last person looked over the menu. No prices listed and no menus given. Got the beers, one was warm and the other tasted of vinegar. And we love beer and regularly drink what was on offer so we knew it wasn’t just us disliking the flavours. After tasting the beer we purchased, the other members of the party decided not to waste their money. Then they left a couple of minutes later saying the staff were giving them dirty looks and they assumed it was because they hadn’t ordered anything. So my 75 year old mother in law stood outside. We were probably in the nearly empty pub for ten minutes at most. Only myself and my fiancé were left and we decided to just pay and leave and he went to the till to pay. I started to walk two of our cases out for ease whilst he waited at the till for service. We left multiple of our items at the table to indicate we were not just leaving. As I was walking the older, short woman with short dark hair and wrinkly skin ran over and said loudly to me, in front of all the other customers, “you paying cash or card”. I pointed at my fiancé and said “he is at the bar waiting”. She walked off, no apology or anything and went to the bar and just took the payment from him. Didn’t give any customer service, make small talk, etc or even indicate that she acknowledged how rude she had been to me. I was furious. Then my fiancé came out and found they had dared put a 5 dollar tip on our bill, even when two beers came to 30 dollars! 35 dollars for rude, awful service from people who know they are getting a tip on their overpriced product despite how little customer service they even give! I don’t even think they smiled. Absolute rip off. I didn’t realise about the tip until I boarded but if I had known I would have gone back and demanded they refund the tip. These miserable women soured the last evening of a wonderful holiday and I am appalled that anyone thinks they deserve to be rewarded for basic service, and I wouldn’t even go that far. We fly to America a lot and out of Miami and I will not come back.
