This was my 2nd time here and both experiences were above expectation – mostly because of our server, Lindsey.

Last time, I came in with my husband during a busy lunch rush and she took care of us promptly and professionally. She was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient making our first experience memorable. And my husband can’t stop talking about coming back for another burger.

Today, I came in after having a rough morning, really wanting to treat myself to nice brunch. Lindsey offered a welcoming greeting and was patient with me as I decided on my meal. She also offered me a better alternative, when I learned they were out of the beverage I had requested.

Will definitely be returning often, maybe even later today for my husband to get his favorite burger. Thank you, CBG!

First time here so that’s when a review should be done. Nice atmosphere and staff was limited for a Friday night. Wait time was 5 minutes but there really wasn’t a hostess to greet people that came in after us. Sat by the window and karaoke started at 7 and some of the singers were really good but couldn’t see them from where we sat. I got a medium classic burger without onions for $17. It was good but “where’s the beef”? It had been setting in the kitchen a little while because it was just warm and the Cajun fries were cold which could be because they’re served in a small fry basket. Drinks were really good. Ate the leftovers tonight and it was much better. We’ll try them again but order something different.

Came in for breakfast today for my first time. The food was pretty good & didn’t take long to get. I liked the decor & they played good music at an appropriate level. Definitely would eat here again.

For 3 people to have one drink and one brunch menu item each as well as 1 appetizer, the price was just over $100. The location shares a parking lot that was difficult to park in during busy hours. Upon walking in, we had a wait while tables were cleaned. It had the sticky spilled alcohol smell throughout the restaurant that bothered me while I ate. The menu is made.of paper.and not laminated so you can see lovely food stains of the previous guests. The server was very nice but very slow and inattentive. It was not her fault as they were very busy and seemingly not appropriately staffed for the time of day. I would have ordered a second drink but waited so long for her to come back that we just got the bill. The glass my beverage had come in didn’t seem completely clean. The amazing photos of food attracted us to try this spot. The food itself was overwhelmingly average. Any coney island is comparable in taste but probably cheaper and faster. The rosemary fries were good but not worth the trip alone.

I had higher expectations unfortunately, the food was middle of the road. I ordered the fish tacos, they were rather small, very little fish, not very well seasoned and the profile didn’t blend well. French fries were also underwhelming. A great bar and grill should have fantastic in house Ranch. That also wasn’t very good. Menu prices are considerably high for offerings. Service was good, waitress was attentive. We tried it once, probably wouldn’t come back.

Cool place with lots of vintage concert posters and other rock memorabilia on display. Tasty burgers with cool presentation of the fries. Plan to spend about $20 per entree. We went on a Sunday afternoon after the MI Renaissance Festival and place wasn’t busy at all. Got seated and served right away. Would return if I was in the area again.

We live right down the road and had never been before and decided to try it since one of our long time favorite bands from Detroit was playing which was Sponge. The atmosphere was pretty good considering some seating you can’t see the stage, but not everyone was there for the music. We ordered the quesadilla for $14 and the Gyro for $16. It’s a bit pricing since I just came back from a tourist town in Nevada and paid $3.50 for a comparable one to this which I also have posted and pictures of on my reviews here. Worth getting either way. The Gyro I wouldn’t recommend. 3 medium to small sticks of meat and lettuce on it was already turning me off from it until I ate the meat and noticed it was not great and decided to just get a burger which turned out to be great. Breakfast burger had a over easy egg with 2 thick cut bacon stripes. I liked it but cannot in right mind pay $18 for it again. Most expensive burger I’ve had and ai think I reviewed is Prism at hollywood casino for $25, but if you have comps it is half off so $12.50 and is worth the drive alone for it. I would say if you are seeing a concert for free and no cover charge it’s worth going since you will spend easy $40 and a bit more if you have drinks or app etc. I hope this helps some

Updated for 2024:
Unfortunately, the new chef has ruined the sandwich. It’s super tiny and consumed by a large bun and nothing like it was in the past. Used to visit 2x a week. Now I haven’t been back in over 6 months after 3 bad experiences.

You can definitely tell the owner has his attention on his new creation in Fenton the Railyard.

Prior 2023 early:
Food is always awesome! The chicken sandwich and the burgers you can’t beat. I do wish they had Mac and cheese for the kids for brunch but they don’t offer it on that menu.
