Oh my gosh! This place is so good! I wish I could go every day. The options for none coffee drinkers were so creative. Talk about a breath of fresh air for the area! Plenty of space and the staff were kind and fast. I totally recommend going!

Got an iced latter today that tasted terrible watered down coffee. I asked if it was espresso? It wasn’t correct. It was re made and was again the same. Not sure what’s going on, but a good latte is velvety and rich. a good example

I usually love Coffee Bean, but today was a letdown. I waited in line for 30 minutes just to get my drink, and by the time I got it, it was already melted. The drink I ordered was supposed to be cold, but it was more of a watery mess than anything enjoyable.
I understand that places can get busy, but I was really frustrated by the long wait and the fact that my drink wasn’t even what I expected by the time I got it. I’ve been a regular customer, but today really made me reconsider whether I’ll be back any time soon.
Hopefully, they can work on the timing and make sure drinks stay fresh for customers. I get that mistakes happen, but a long wait and a ruined drink doesn’t leave a good impression.

Whenever we visit Hawai’i, it’s always the Big Island. Whenever we visit the Big Island, we always stay in Keaau. Whenever we stay in Keaau, we have to go to the Coffee Bean. Awesome drinks, super consistent with highly underrated sandwiches. Breakfast or lunch sandwiches, they are always tasty and well put together. Live this place!

We came here after a much needed caffeine stop after exploring volcano National park! I was super indecisive after seeing all the options they had! They were out of a few things but the staff was super friendly and helpful and made delicious recommendations! We ordered the Vietnamese Cold Brew and it was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be stopping by for another one or two…maybe three before we leave!
