Santa is busy this time of year! He loves the good boys and girls at Chipotle Wexford! They are so fun, they make him feel like he’s back at the Northpole. Santa needs to hire some of them, they keep their place so clean, it’s like a Hospital operating room clean!. The food was great, everything fresh and in stock. Santa will travel a littel further for this location, since others around are on his NAUGHTY LIST! Don’t waste your time travel to Wexford you will be very happy! Trust Santa. Thank you all for a great rest stop during this holiday rush!

Someone at this store is either using tablespoons instead of teaspoons to salt the food or tripling the salt in the recipe. Because there’s been THREE different times over the last six months where I’ve had to throw out my burrito for having an ungodly amount of salt. Practically inedible. And it wasn’t just my burrito, other people I was with had the same issue. I think it’s the chicken?
The foods been ok the other times this hasn’t happened. But managers please check in with your staff and make sure they are seasoning the food properly.

Second time ever going to a chipotle and won’t ever come back. Way overpriced for what you get, and the quality of food is terrible. Customer service is bare minimum, I had a few questions regarding what all I could get in my burrito and you’d think i was asking for a million dollars. Came here excited to pick up my order of Cheese Quesadillas, and i was informed the Chipotle was literally “out of cheese”. Yes thats righy, out of cheese. But somehow they let the order go through for cheese quesadillas. Why? Unacceptable! A Chipotle should never be out of Cheese. During Covid with all the supply chain problems was understandable for this to happen, but not in current times. A Chipotle that runs out of cheese is a disgrace. This is obvioulsly a problem with poor planning by management. Thanks for telling me you were out of cheese after I drive all the way there to pick up my cheese quesadillas that you let me order.

Love the fresh Chipotle with Beautiful Day at Park! This location is always good with the lines but they’ve been short of Staff which is causing the lines to be long and the food not to be made in time but staffs are very Kind and nice. The other Chipotle was definitely closed because they are short of staff which is understandable why it does take a long time but Food was Amazing ( Got the vegetarian option)

I cannot give a true review, as far as food, or atmosphere, but can do so regarding service. My neighbor, who is 88, and her 93 year old husband came into this location on Veteran’s Day after hearing that they could buy a meal and get a meal free for being a veteran. After being told, by the cashier, that they had no idea what they were talking about, they were then told that the offer wasn’t until after 4 pm. It was around lunch time. They were refused the offer. I am so ashamed of Chipoltle for treating a veteran in such a way. Not a good look.

Love chipotle so visited the store at Wexford , the food was good as usual but the reason for 3 stars was that they were out of vegetables and when we requested there was no effort to refill it but state that they are out. My advice would be if you don’t intend to refill an item dont have that empty container with a few veg items stuck to the side be visible to the customer. Staff also need to insure the area is clean and napkins are available for the customers .

After a disappointing visit to the location in McCandless Crossing. I stopped by the Wexford Chipotle — and the experience was night and day. This place was clean, organized, and fully staffed by employees who actually looked like they cared.
Food looked fresh, properly rotated, and well stocked.
Counters and floors were clean, even with a steady stream of customers.
The team was friendly and engaging, with one employee even making small talk and smiling — a rare thing in fast casual these days.
Everything was quick, smooth, and respectful.
This is exactly how a Chipotle should run. Kudos to the management and team here for holding a higher standard. You just earned a loyal customer.

This is my go to location but after today im not so sure. I got the Carne Asada bowl and while I was chewing it I couldn’t belive how tender it was after a few more pieces I had to look at the meat and to my shock it was raw. I ate it around noone and im praying to God I do not get sick. I brought it up to the workers who said that the meat comes in precooked and they just sear it. I told them I was worried id get sick they said I would not. Ill check back in with if I got sick or not.
