it’s been okay most times coming here but tonight on 1/28 around 5 we placed two
orders for sierra and julian and asked for fresh patties and definitely did not get that cold to the touch disappointed as this is my regular burger king! The lady at the window no shame but was very rude i said thank a lot and not even a word nor did they serve us till they got the free not even my drink before hand if you care she was a shirt haired brunette lady never seen her before

First let’s talk about this location… CLEANEST Burger King I have ever walked into! 2 lady’s working the whole thing (one is a manager) and foods cooked, out with no lingering times (I’m assuming the times being fine because I have not seen anyone inside or drive through wait more than a quick minute for their orders) and still able to keep the place looking great! I typically hate going into fast food places, but this location is amazing!!! The staff is so friendly and quick! The manager, Natasha was so sweet to us! She does an amazing job with her crew! Do yourself a favor and visit this location!

I stopped here on my way home from out of state this morning at 3:03 am 10/02/2025 and was greeted at the drive thru with rudeness. The person literally stated that they aren’t taking customers orders just DoorDash pick ups with an attitude. Literally no one was in the drive thru line but me. I asked how long will they not be taking orders and the woman replied again with an attitude saying, I don’t know. I honestly wasn’t going to order after I was greeted with the first statement. I was curious to ask just because I leave reviews on poor customer service. To the woman on the intercom if you did not want to work then you should’ve came to work. Remember how you treat customers is a reflection on the business that you obviously do not own. Take a customer service course especially if you are going to apply to work for a restaurant that serves the public.
