I’m going to give The City Fish the benefit of the doubt because some of their menu options are either a hit or miss. While I enjoyed their Fish and Chips enough to rate it a 5, I can’t really say the same for their grilled fish options. For its price, the appearance and taste were rather underwhelming. The tomatoes and fish amounted too little.

I had a fish craving and after reading a few reviews; decided on The City Fish to satisfy it. I ordered a combo of fish, chips, oysters and prawns. Very large portions even when I peeled the beer batter off. The food was good. I ordered doordash delivery so my food was getting soggy even tho the restaurant was only 15 minutes from my hotel but I know, that’s expected from doordash. Only four stars because the fries were not made from fresh potatoes

Have you ever wanted an extremely delicious meal (in a new city) & the 1st place you visit blows your socks OFF?! That’s a rare occurrence right?! Well THE CITY FISH, is an absolute hidden gem. I was staying at the Hilton & I googled “seafood restaurants near me” & of course I viewed the rating. I believe it was 4.8 stars with 646 reviews; pretty good right.?! The selection of seafood was AMAZING & everything my guest and I ate was sooo succulent!! Danny @ the register has SUPERIOR SERVICE!!
