When I think of a cigar bar, elegance, class, good music, and excellent service come to mind. Last night, I attended one, and unfortunately, it was everything but that.
What worked:
1. The DJ was solid, and the transitions were good for the most part.
2. The fries were good—and I’m a finicky eater, so that says a lot.
What didn’t:
3. Two fights broke out, both of which could have been prevented.
4. The atmosphere didn’t feel like a cigar bar; it felt more like Central Station .
5. I had no business witnessing two servers on the verge of fighting. I came for food, not boxing.
Recommendations:
1. Hire servers over the age of 30. The staff that night appeared very young, which may explain one of the altercations. Consider a brief personality or team-dynamic assessment so staff can better understand how to work together.
2. Hire a seasoned “server mama”—someone who trains, monitors, and keeps the team in check.
3. Yes, it’s located in Lithonia, but it doesn’t have to feel like it. Elevate the ambiance. An elegant vibe would be a true money-maker.
4. Have security actively monitoring the floor, including staff interactions.
5. Train some servers on proper etiquette. Be friendly, not familiar—comfortable enough to earn tips, but professional enough to maintain the brand.
A cigar bar should feel like an experience, not an episode. Excellence is quiet, orderly, and intentional—and that’s what keeps people coming back.

This was my first time visiting Atlanta. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing! The chef was working magic in that kitchen. The drinks were on point! And the staff and atmosphere were so wonderful. I’ve never felt so at home while away for work. Cant say enough about the staff and guest at this facility. Highly recommend!

Great concept having great food and the cigar experience. How ever be careful they will stick you a 20% group fee and not tell you till the bill comes. I am not opposed to a group surcharge it make tipping easy but there was 3 people in the group. On top of that my friends who were a couples charged an 18% fee. So what is the standard? I will go there again just buyer beware. I like the place I’m not going to let one hostess ruin my good time. Sad thing is I was prepared to tip more but she only wanted 20% so I guess I saved some money.

This place COULD have been Great! Unfortunately they’ve become somewhat low budget and a little ghetto. Who have heard of a Cigar Bar with no matches or lighters. They actually LOCK UP the Cigar Humidor because they think you gonna steal something. Lolol smdh

literally my first time visiting, and it will be my last time I order lamb chops, broccoli and mashed potatoes and I also ordered a drink, she forgot about my drink then once i reminded her she brought it and I immediately told the server that I wanted my check because I knew that I wouldn’t be staying long… once she returned she started to clean my table and she spilled my drink and she told me she got me after waiting about 15-25minutes. She never returned. I went and found her, and she said that the owner did not want to reimburse me for my drink that she spilled, didn’t want to talk to me either! Bad business!! Don’t get out much but won’t be visiting this place again!!

This is one of my favorite spots to grab lamb chops but overall every item of food I’ve tried has been delicious. I drive about 30 minutes just to have some because I crave this spot. I also enjoy the customer service from the staff, manager, and the friendly bartender.

I took a chance on this place and it was trash. Nobody came to take my order until I waved them down. I waited thirty minutes for food that never showed, asked again, waited fifteen more, then cancelled. The waitress caught an attitude about it. Raggedy spot. Never again.

That old fashion was trash and I would know that’s my drink of choice. I guess they ran out of orange bitters and just squeezed an orange in a poured grenadine. Either way the “ bartender” claimed that’s how it’s made and the menu begged to differ.
