I walked in to our chicken express here in Livingston, Texas, and as always the staff were so inviting so welcoming, the food was delicious as always, nice hot and fresh Lisa the manager was working very hard as The others were as well I could tell It had a great manager because everything was nice and clean Keira. I ordered cheese chicken livers and gizzards tonight and was asked to pull up and wait for them to be brought out. I didn’t think much of it because that is fairly common anywhere you go and order livers or gizzards. The drive through staff was amazing. For some reason my order took a little longer than usual and Lisa came out to apologize and thank me for waiting. She offered me extra livers or a gallon of tea if I wanted to wait on the gizzards. I told her there was no problem and I appreciated her concern. Shortly after, Prince brought out a gallon of tea and two complimentary fried pies. He apologized again and thanked me for my patience. A few minutes later, Prince brought my order out with two complimentary chocolate chip cookies. He apologized again and thanked me for my understanding. That’s great staff! They acknowledged a potential problem before it became a real problem. They kept me well informed and showed genuine concern. These two are top notch and represent Chicken Express very well!

I was having a horrible day and didnt feel like cooking so I swung by here to grab some dinner. The food was good but Prince was what really made my day. He is so positive and bright! When I pulled up to the drive thru window he was smiling and joking. Instantly had me laughing. Definitely will be back even if its only to make him my best friend.

Terrible terrible terrible never again I’ll leave my Polaroid picture there last time I ate there it was horrible too I thought I’d give him one more chance. I have eaten there numerous times and it has always been great. But last night it was really bad for some reason. The side items were good. But the breading on the chicken tasted like someone dumped a bunch of black pepper in it. Not as it usually is. And the biscuits were just flat and hard like they forgot to add the baking powder or something. Not sure what was happening there last night. But I was really disappointed. I hate to say it because it is usually great.
