Great food! Delicious! We came here for breakfast. Our experience was great. The only thing I have to complain about was that our food took very long to receive and it was hard to get our servers attention at times. This place seems to bring in a lot of people. It’s busy. Other than that, the experience was great. I highly recommend.

We were seated promptly for a party of six. Our server was attentive and courteous and fun. And the food was out of this world. They have a very big menu, including a lot of unique offerings, so most will be able to find something they love. Very cool place.

The one thing that never changes about this place is the people that work here, over the years as I’ve come back to visit, every time we dine in, everyone is super friendly. Visiting from Florida, temps were super chilly on the island so I asked for a hoodie, they didn’t have any up front, and one of the guys went all the way in the back and found one for me. Just felt that small act of kindness, plus service, food, and a good time. Happy this place is thriving, and still standing

Great wings and great staff. I was greeted and seated immediately. The waiter took my order quickly and the food arrived soon after. I had garlic parm and medium wings with old bay cheese fries.The food was delicious.

The food is awesome, they’re super quick, and the servers are always sweethearts! BUT!!!! If you happen to have a young male server named Gavin, and you’re not a hot young girl, he just won’t serve you lol. He’ll make sure to huff and puff loudly. He’ll also go to a table of young women about 20 times and tell them he’ll get them free food. But he will only take you and your fiancés order, never come back, then drop off the check. He will not check in on you or get you a refill or take your other order you wanted to put in or even give you a straw. But if you’re a hot young girl, hey you could get some free food from Gavin Also the last time we were there we unfortunately had him as our server that time too, where he loudly complained about costumers 2 feet away from me. That was super uncomfortable. Love going here but fingers crossed Gavin isn’t my server anymore because it’s just a painfully awkward experience. Cooks never miss tho!! Food is always perfect from them. They’re doing amazing.

I have been hearing about the legendary Chicken or the Egg for years now. This Long Beach Island staple is no joke. With an expansive menu, a wide variety of sauces, and a fun atmosphere, Chicken or the Egg is worth a visit. I didn’t know if it could live up to the hype, but I have been to the restaurant twice in the last few months and was satisfied by the experience both times. Not only is the food delicious (the perfect restaurant for a wing enthusiast or a lover of breakfast), the staff is friendly and the wait time is short. They run the ship like a well oiled machine. I definitely get the hype and will be returning next summer!

This restaurant is the best!!! The food was great but our server Jeremy made our experience EXCELLENT! We came with a large group and Jeremy was so accommodating and kind the whole time, not to mention he got every single order correct! His energy and humor made this meal the highlight of our trip!
