So after seeing many reviews on how good they were and even getting good reviews from acquaintances, we decided to finally try them. I have to say, after all the hype, we were a little disappointed. The BBQ chicken strip were slightly over cooked and chewy, the lemon pepper potatoes were slightly undercooked and the Mac and cheese had great texture but lacked favor. I will return to try again, maybe it was an off night. My husband texted me at the 20 minute mark, from placing our order in person, and stated it was set up essentially buffet style where all the staff had to do was bag and go but that he hadn’t witnessed any food go out since he had arrived. We got what we ordered and it was simple to order and pay but the wait was a little crazy long for having everything already pre made and hot and I was disappointed with the quality. There are lots of option around here for chicken so sadly I feel like they need go step up their game a bit to survive. We will try them again as the BBQ sauce was good as was the dressing for the potatoes but I’m hoping the second time around the food will be cooked better. I’ll update once I have a second experience to share. Not bad but there’s certainly better in this area.

I have driven by this place countless times as it is on the way home. Today I finally pulled into the lot and decided to give it a try. The interior of this place is very homey, I felt like I went back 40 years (and im not even 40) and I really appreciated that. The service was amazing, the woman taking my order was very patient with me, sweet and helpful.

Such an amazing place with such a great staff. My wife and ordered a of everything. Their chicken is crispy yet juicy at the same time. The grab and go stuff is great if you don’t feel like cooking tonight but want to eat something that doesn’t taste like cardboard. I highly recommend.

They have been doing this for 30+ years and we keep coming back. Bakery is great as well as most of the chicken. We tend to get the pot pies ourselves. The biggest problem is the stairs. This building is raised and you can feel how old it is but they make it work.

My mom and I stopped here today for a late lunch, it deserves beyond five stars! The food, customer service and cleanliness of this wonderful establishment are exceptional. Diana treated us as family the moment we walked in. This place is an absolute gem and we will certainly be back! Best fried chicken I’ve had in my entire life!

Worst meal I ever got from chicken connection. The Mac and cheese was like rubber. The corn was mushy and the steam veggies were mushy. The chicken was good but we had to throw the rest away. Very disappointed.
