Stopped by for dinner and sat at the bar to watch the Brewers vs Cubs playoff baseball ⚾ game. The staff were so nice to change the channel for us!
First time eating at this Cheesecake Factory. From memory (probably 10 years ago), I thought the Chinese chicken salad was good. So I ordered it for dinner. My taste probably has changed. Wasn’t so interested in iceberg lettuce. Flavors were okay but just didn’t find the combo interesting.
My wife had the turkey burger and thought the consistency was mushy. Taste wise, probably wouldn’t get that again. Fries though were very good.
Service was friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back but would try something else to eat.

Ordered DoorDash. Took over an hour (estimated time was 26 minutes!) and was missing an entree. Very amateurish from such a well respected chain. I get that it’s the day before thanksgiving and they’re probably busy but that’s not an excuse. You should know by now you’re busy times and schedule accordingly.
My order (chicken Madeira) finally arrived after 5 pm. Very underwhelming. About 2 ounces of sauce and I’d say less than an ounce of raw mushrooms. Seriously??????

Today is one of those days when you want to spend quality time with your family and decide to go out for lunch. We opted for Cheesecake in San Mateo, California. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome. When it came time to choose our dessert, one of the staff members, who very kindly told us her name was Dania, gave us options. Despite not knowing the language, she served us very kindly, and we chose Dulce de Leche. We were in love with it; its flavor was definitely 10/10. The service was incredible. We wanted to leave a tip, but we regret not being able to see it. ❤️❤️

It has been years since we last visited The Cheesecake Factory, so we decided to have lunch at the San Mateo branch when we visited San Francisco.
We were so satisfied with our order of Fried Calamari, Chinese Chicken Salad, Ahi Poke Nachos, and Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta that we didn’t have room for dessert. It was that good!

The worst and meanest restaurant in the world, honestly. I ordered Alfredo pasta, it was literally dry, without any sauce, tough and tasted bad. I ordered pasta with cheese and basil, it was like dog food, no flavor, no basil, no cheese, very tough and dry. The house salad was good until I added its sauce, which was a little vinegar and twenty kilos of salt. What can I tell you about the French fries, they were cold and I swear they were fried literally hours ago because they looked like everything except potatoes and they even came without any sauce, just ketchup that is supposed to come with potatoes, in addition to any other sauce. The only thing I give 1 out of 10 is the stupid mango juice that came to me without any straw. Imagine that there is a restaurant that respects itself and its customers and puts pasta and food in cheap cardboard boxes. Finally, I want to tell you that you are the worst restaurant in the world and you should be ashamed of yourselves for this food and packaging and be generous and Put spoons and forks and honestly this is the worst $100 I have ever spent in my life

It’s a good place to go if you plan on being at a meal for a good chunk of time. Depending on how busy they are, can determine the amount of time you can expect to spend there.
Being that it is an anchor point in Hillsdale Mall, the restaurant stays fairly busy.
The food portions are more than enough to either share with someone else or take leftovers for 1-2 more meals later.
Happy Hour deals are worth it too

My family loves the Cheesecake Factory cause the food is good, the menu is huge, and the service is friendly. But through the years the prices have gone up so much and the portion sizes have decreased significantly. Sadly, we will come here for special occasions only.
