Overall a nice restaurant. The staff at the check-in desk seemed a bit rude and judgey, not the most welcoming bunch. Our server was friendly. Food was just okay, nothing special. Fun to watch the fountain and train going around.

First time eating here, and it was nice. Went on a weekday in the evening, and it was packed. Luckily, I made reservations and waited only 10 mins. Ordered dinner and received it in 15 mins. The decor was beautiful and the restroom was very clean. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful . Very affordable. The reason I gave 4 stars was because my potatoes were burnt. Other than that, it was a great evening. They also have vegetarian options. Our desert was delicious .

First time eating here. Usually the wait is extremely long. We only needed to wait 40 minutes on New Years Eve Day. According to the front Staff it was slow because of the rain. Everyone seemed to enjoy their foods and drinks. Unfortunately my meal was the easiest and came last and overcooked and cold. Kate was quick to correct the problem, which was greatly appreciated. The fries came over extremely fast and hot, but the Hamburger seemed to take too long. It wasn’t Kate’s delay. Overall we enjoyed our time and the obedience. The Cheesecake Factory is well managed and they employ some of the best Staff.

It’s going to be super packed during peak hours so be ready to put your name in and wait an hour or two unless you’re a party of two who will still wait, just not as long as a party of 4+. If you have 6+ in your group you’re guaranteed a 2hr wait so put your name in and enjoy shopping around for a long time.

Chicken parmesan was outstanding. Mushroom Chicken sauce was bad but I didn’t order that but my pal did. We both loved mine. The mashed potatoes and green beans were also delicious!

Had a blast, atmosphere was amazing. It was very busy but we even had 2 servers because our original waiter went on his break during our meal. Both servers/waiters were very attentive, helpful and took very good care of us. Food as always was amazing!

We went last nite to celebrate and Celeste was the best. A wonderful smile can make or break an experience and she was a terrific server in all sense of her title. The food was enjoyable and the table was clean. The wait was an hour but we managed. My only draw back was the noise level with music on top of that. It was mildly chaotic. However, the front receptionist kept the lines going and an hour wait felt like a half hour. Kudos to Celeste for making it worthwhile and a very pleasurable experience. Give that lady a raise!

Despite being extremely crowded our server was really great and made sure we were taken care of. A lot of places won’t make an effort to keep your drinks refilled but that wasn’t an issue here. I think they need more hosts or multiple host stands because a huge line forms behind people who have larger parties and I know the hosts must feel overwhelmed. I appreciate that they validate parking, but a separate validation stand would be helpful so hosts can better help guests trying to get tables. Brown bread is always my favorite here. The low carb / sugar version of the cheesecake deff isn’t as good as the original and doesn’t quite taste like cheesecake but it’s nice that option exists for people trying to cut back calories.

I just ordered the spicy cashew chicken dish with white rice to go from the Glendale cheesecake factory. I paid $24 for this meal. This is what I got. This is the most egregious case of being cheated out of money. I have personally ever experience from a cheesecake factory. I will never go to the Glendale cheesecake factory again. I would advise you if you order from them, look through the order to go and make sure everything is there and your served that what you paid for. I am disgusted. They should be ashamed.

Cheesecake factory never disappoints! We loved this one, such great atmosphere and good service. The cheesecakes are so delicious we had the Cinnabon swirl cheesecake and white chocolate Raspberry truffle! We loved the Cinnabon more.
