These people are literally the scum of the earth. They cannot admit when they’re wrong, and have very poor attitudes, and that’s the night manager mostly, I will never order from them again it’s always the same and I finally went off. Without papa johns being a chain this place would shut down and it’s because of this kind of poor customer service that franchises tank.

Unfortunately, the person who handled our order was really rude. I know the pressures of being busy, and for management to hang up on you with nor rhyme or reason, isn’t justifiable. We were promised a free pizza the last time we ordered (we received someone else’s order). To make a long story short we were treated rudely when we gave them tons of grace after they mixed things up the last time. Whoever was working on Father’s Day day 2023 was extremely unprofessional, rude, and should not be a manager. We were polite and nice to her and she was abrupt and short with us. She charged us for the pizza that should have been free, and when we called to ask about it, she rendered an attitude of resentment and hung up the phone. I write this to sensible people who appreciate good customer service. If not, eat here and feel the wrath of unruly and unappreciative employees. Great food, but unfortunately, some extremely unkind people who handle it.

We got there a bit late and seriously famished, and associates were happy to see new /late faces but unfortunately, they’d closed to walk in’s. If it weren’t for this gentleman, I’d have to go to Seattle for a place open that would serve food. Open it up papa Johns u will make more than you will lose!!! Ordered my pizza online at roughly 3:35, said it would take 15 to 20 minutes. Received a text message at 3:47 saying it was in the oven and another at 3:52 saying it was done… I showed up at 3:55 to pick it up and was told it just went in the oven and didn’t get my pizza until 4:11. They are faking times to look better, they also marked my pizza as picked up when I arrived to make it look better on the time sheet. Seemed to be a lot of bickering in the kitchen as well. Rough day I guess .

I ordered online and the pizza tracker said my approximate time was 20 minutes. Came to pick up 25 minutes later and was told they hadn’t even started to make my pizza because they were only 2 people working that it was going to take at least another 25 minutes for my order to be ready. Been waiting in my car and checking the status or my order and 40 minutes have gone and it’s still showing in the making process. I understand that they are short staff but don’t lie to customers about approximate time and take double the time. Will probably be my last time I order from this location.

The delivery was prompt. I called because I thought the wrong pizza was delivered to me when in fact, I ordered the wrong pizza. The person told me he would make one that I wanted and have it delivered to me free of charge. He said he appreciated our business! I told him I didn’t want them to have to do that. So instead, he told me that they would credit me a pizza! That is great customer service!! I definitely recommend this Papa John’s

I have always liked Papa Johns but this particular location needs to get their act together. My order took 20 minutes longer than I was told. Twice they tried to give me the wrong order (the same one). When my order was given to me, I noticed that it had been sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes. When I finally got home it was warmish at best, and the quality was less than I had expected. In summary, we will not be ordering from this location again.
