I’ve been going to Minos for more than 30+yrs I usually have a good if not great experience. Today was a totally different story.. went in and I got a cheese filled pastry and my other half got a glazed donut. We decided to sit in the parking lot and eat them.. we’re talking and eating, half way through I happened to look at the cheese filling that was exposed and noticed a couple of mold spots

This is THE PLACE! Whether it be a custom cake creation or one of their delicious classic bakery items, Mino’s always comes through! Staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable. So glad to have them in our area!

Love minos and their 3 leches cakes. All that being said you can’t have a business that when someone walks in the employees talk about the customers. Today July 2nd of 2023 my girl walks in and the 2 girls in the front say in Spanish “llego la diva” not knowing my girl is Spanish and they don’t know her at all. Very disappointed.

We did a custom cookie order for my daughter’s baptism and the cookies came out even more beautiful than I expected! They were even individually wrapped and were delicious. Definitely worth the price for the product we got!

My family and I have been customers of Mino’s for over 21 years. Cake quality is not the same anymore, either too sweet or dry or something always off. Despite that, I’m leaving a bad review primarily due to the hispanic girl with black hair and glasses who ALWAYS has a nasty attitude, is on her phone, gossips about customers in front of their faces in both English and Spanish literally laughing at them, and talks to customers as if they’re a burden. I thought maybe it’s just me but she is disgustingly rude to almost every customer. Shows favoritism to a couple hispanic customers however. I work in customer service and all customers deserve to be treated with respect and patience. Every time I go and she works there she’s literally so RUDE, NEVER NICE. Other employees so far seem okay. She also rushes you out before you even get the chance to buy or order or even look at anything. I don’t know honestly how some people have a job giving such POOR service. To make things worse, a couple weeks back we picked up a cake we ordered for a birthday. The rude girl of course with our luck was the one who signed the cake. She used very CHEAPLY the last bit of icing she had left and very sloppily wrote Happy birthday. It was 12 pm and we asked if she could use a new icing as this was ruining the cake, and she said no this is the only one she’ll use. We paid close to $60 and left. Usually Minos writes very classily and in beautiful cursive. Will not return and will highly NOT recommend this place to anyone I know.

I‘ve been Minos’ customer for more than 10 years, but the experience I had yesterday disappointed me and I’ll never go back!!! The cake wasn’t ready on time and I had to wait 40 minutes to get it. Also, the Hispanic heavy tall girl never apologized for the inconvenience and she had the nerve to tell me that it wasn’t her problem that the cake wasn’t ready. I asked for her name and she replayed to me “Why do you want my name? To complain?”

Relatively good prices, a wide selection of items however. And, from what I’ve had, it all tastes good. Great theming, too. Great for birthdays, parties, and special events. A bit too small, however. Always feel like I have to be careful in there. Otherwise, it is a great bakery.
