Words can not even begin to express how much I am in love with this Cheesecake Factory location. This has been my favorite restaurant for YEARS!! I have always had exceptional customer service, large portions of fresh, hot, and well-seasoned food, and a clean, well-staffed experience here. The restaurant is always busy, but it is never unorganized or full of chaos. The environment is what you make it – romantic for date night, celebratory for birthdays, or calm for weekend lunch dates!

First timers! It was good food and the waitress was lively and personable. The mozzarella sticks were super yummy. We were so full that I had to take my cheesecake home but it was 10/10. I also brought home a slice for my babysitter and she loved it as well. We stopped by before going to the comedy club. I would recommend reservations as it seemed super busy! I would say price is slightly high but the portion sizes are nice so that is a plus! I would say my only complaint would be that the butter was super cold and hard to spread on the bread. The strawberry marg was super fresh tasting. I had 2! We will be back!

Although everything was great at the restaurant. As a disabled person the parking sucked. It’s at the Galleria and there’s only a few handicap spots. I had to walk well over 100 yards. Had to stop a few times, with nowhere to sit.

I definitely will be calling corporate about my experience. Too much to list here as to what went wrong…. I definitely will not visit THIS location again and depending on how corporate or restaurant responds to this review, neither STL area location again(canned replies are disingenuous to people who work hard and expect a great night out with family only to pay for an overpriced and ultra-hyped experience)… At least send an actual reply instead of blanket response to folks….The only redeeming factors were the grilled chicken Thai inspired lettuce wraps and my free welcome cheesecake slice(that I was almost denied by my server despite me having/showing my valid email to her). Those items were great!

I recently visited the Cheesecake Factory and had a great experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was great – it was busy and lively, but not too loud or overwhelming. We tried the veggie burger and the fettuccine Alfredo, and both dishes were delicious. The veggie burger was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor, and the fettuccine Alfredo was creamy and rich.

I just wanted to say that today was our very first time at the cheese cake factory and everything was phenomenal, the food was perfect and the service was great we had Kennedi T for our visit what an amazing young lady. Thank you for making our first visit amazing, when we walked in my dad lit up like a little kid when he saw the dessert station and it felt great telling him to get whatever you want. Thanks again for helping us make more memories.

after ordering just 2 salads, the waiter proceeded to come back multiple times saying things like “we’re out of this”, or “we don’t have this right now”, which resulted in it taking forever to get our food made and the other person i was with to get an alternate meal. we waited 45 minutes for our food. once it finally came out, I was halfway through my mediocre salad and pulled out a piece of hair, which I’m positive is not mine. would not recommend going here.
