We arrived around 12:00 with a party of 7. We were seated quickly and the hostess was kind and welcoming. Our server took about 15 minutes to take our drink order and the remainder of the service was about the same. We had to request drink refills and the food delivery was slow. It was as if her walking by our table reminded her that she needed to get our food.

You can’t go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory! We loved atmosphere and had an excellent waiter. We had the buffalo blast chicken which we shared. Brussels sprouts and cheeseburgers eggrolls. Everything came out hot,fresh and delicious.

This was my first time ever going to any cheesecake factory. The atmosphere was great. The server was very attentive and had some great recommendations for dishes to try. I had the calamari as an appetizer, which was delicious! I ordered the Parmesan-Herb Crusted Chicken. It was ok. It was a little too wet for me. The plate was drowning in juices. The flavors were great. My husband had the Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp. He was expecting something a little spicier, but it wasn’t. The combination of flavors was great. We ended lunch with a carrot cake that was oh so delicious. It’s wasn’t too sweet. I also tried the banana cream cheesecake. They were both good. I will go back and try a different dish.

Honestly, I was having trouble deciding between 1 or 2 stars. First off, we went through 10 different rolls of silverware before finally finding clean ones. The manager ended up bringing us 5 freshly washed ones after the 10th dirty ones. The picture below doesn’t even show the worst of it. One set had chocolate icing between two fork handles causing them to stick together. Now on to the food – the fettuccini Alfredo which costs $18 was stuck together in clumps. It made my daughter lose her appetite. She ended up not ordering a meal. We did get them to remove this from our ticket. My daughter was upset so she went to the restroom where there was no toilet paper. I do not recommend this location at all. It was awful.

My family had excellent service from our waiter who was patient with our requests, attentive to our needs, knowledgeable about the menu, and willing to go above and beyond to get a meal my pick daughter who also has a dairy allergy could enjoy.

I ate here for the first time ordered the New York strip Medium rare, and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly! It cut through like butter was very juicy and tender. I would have a hard time choosing something else off the menu if I were to visit this location again. Also enjoyed an Espresso Martini along with the Rose Sangria, both good adult beverages. Was very full after the meal, but of course, if you go to the Cheesecake Factory, you must at least take a piece to go. The choices are beyond overwhelming, but I choose the 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake Cheesecake again, with a huge portion enough for two people and delicious! Must try if you haven’t been!

Food was super delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and served us well. The kitchen took a while for our food to come out while not being very busy at lunch time. But overall the food was very good and the atmosphere was relaxing.

Went to Cheesecake Factory today for lunch with a friend while my car was being serviced near Wolfchase. Got seated before 11:30 and they were never super busy(although they got a bit busier over the 2+ hours we were there). The service was really, really bad. Our waitress took forever on everything and didn’t seem to like us (unless somebody from the restaurant was watching or nearby). We never got lemon for our iced tea or forks for our carry-out dessert, and I had to ask two other people for mustard before I got some. I can’t prove it, but I am pretty sure she saw me trying to get her attention several times, and pretended not to see. Maybe she was upset with us because once, when I was trying to get her attention, she was sitting in the booth with obvious friends of hers across from us and having to get up and do her job must have perturbed her. If were her supervisor, I would want to know about this. Unfortunately, I couldn’t read her name tag from afar and forgot to look when she finally brought our checks as we needed to leave for other appointments. That being said, the choices of gf food are many and both our entrees were really good. And the Godiva chocolate cheesecake (gluten-free) is almost worth the hassle. Next time I’ll just get takeout.

We had never been to a Cheesecake factory. We were pleased and somewhat disappointed. The service at this location leaves something to be desired. We waited almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. The service was slow throughout the meal. The food on the other hand, was simply great. The menu here is surprisingly expansive. We were headed out of town so we only ordered two appetizers and a piece of original cheesecake for me. The stuffed mushrooms were very good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The loaded tater tots were a different story. These delectable little morsels are amazing! These are not the frozen tater tots you get from the store topped with ingredients. These are lightly fried, just golden brown potato crusted cheesy, creamy bits of epicurean delight! The outer potato layer is thin and crispy while the interior is soft molten cheesy bliss with tiny bacon bits. One of the best appetizers we have ever had! The cheesecake, as expected, was top notch. I am a purist when it comes to cheesecake, and I don’t like toppings or mixtures. This is very, very good cheesecake. I could do without the sour cream topping and whipped cream, but that’s just me. We will return to try the entrées!
