I went to the restaurant as a walk-in, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seated (less than 10 minutes)! The service was excellent, quick, and it really made the experience enjoyable. The pasta I ordered was delicious, perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
One of the real highlights was the brown bread served with butter. It was absolutely the best I’ve had in a long time. Combined with the warm and inviting atmosphere, the entire experience felt more than worth the price. Great food, great service, and a cozy vibe make this place a spot I’d definitely return to!

Ryan was a server was very good and attentive made the dinner experience run seamlessly cheesecake factory has a lot of options. I had the tuxedo cheesecake which was phenomenal and the Smashburger I recommend either making reservations or coming early. This was a Saturday evening so there was quite some time waiting.

The wait was about an hour so we went to the mall then got pretty promptly seated when we came back. It’s just very busy there, but server was nice and the food was very good. You wait a little in between but overall it was a great family night for us.

The Cheesecake Factory used to be so good. But last time I went was beyond horrible that I’ll probably never go ago. Starter out with getting a text that my table is ready then after getting to desk to be seated I had to stand there for another 25 minutes. Why did you say my table was ready? Then serves was alittle slow but understandable since it was dinner time. But when our food came out two out of the four dishes were wrong. Which they said knew and said that they were getting the right dishes now. But that took over 20 minutes which then half the table is already done with their dinner. And the manager come over and got us cheesecake on them the house for the wrong order he said. But then after it took over 20 minutes for the correct food to come out we expressed that we weren’t happy at all and the manager said that those dishes are on the house he said. But then after the bill comes it was all incorrect and wrong order and the correct orders on it. Then for the second time it only took off the wrong food but was charging us the cheesecake that he said was in the house. When we told our waitress that the check was wrong again the manger come back and said that he was going to fix it now. When he came back to the table with the bill for the third time he won’t hand me the bill while my hand was out to receive it and he drops it in the table and with an attitude goes “there” and walks away. I just really felt like that we’re trying to please us by saying things and tried to add stuff they said they were coving to bill and hoping we didn’t catch it. Over all a beyond horrible place that my family used to go there at-least once a month and won’t be going back.

My wife and I visited the restaurant and were served by a staff member named Laura. At the beginning of our visit, we respectfully informed her that we were fasting and kindly requested that our food be served at approximately 5:45 PM. Unfortunately, after making this request, we noticed a significant change in her attitude, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
At around 5:30 PM, we received bread that was cold. We attempted to get her attention multiple times by calling out politely, but she walked past our table without acknowledging us. After several attempts and feeling ignored, my wife expressed that she was uncomfortable continuing our meal there. I agreed with her decision.
We asked to speak with a manager, who handled the situation professionally and informed us that there would be no charge. While we appreciated his courtesy, I want to emphasize that this is not about the cost of the meal. Our concern is solely about the level of service we experienced.
It’s not our 1st time eating here never had such an experience.We hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests do not have a similar experience.

The Cheesecake Factory at this location is located outside the Mall and is easily accessible. To be perfectly honest we were here to use $40 in gift cards. Not because the food is bad. It is actually all very tasty. But in recent years, as most everything else, the prices of the menu items have gone up considerably.
It was a Monday night around 7 pm and we were seated pretty quickly.
Our waitress for the evening was friendly and fairly attentive.
We started with the Pretzel Bites with Cheddar Cheese Fondue. The price was $16 .The pretzels were warm , soft and tasty but in our opinion the mustard was the better choice than the Fondue.
Our entrees were the Santa Fe Salad. I asked for extra dressing and I was not charged for it. It was a generous portion and very tasty. I took about half the portion home. The price was approximately $22
We also got the Carne Asada Steak with rice. The menu says and corn but we never got the corn. The steak pieces were quite small and for $27 there should have been more on the plate. However it was very tasty.
For dessert, because how can you go and not get dessert here? We took home a slice of tiramisu cheesecake and a slice of tuxedo cheesecake. Each cake was $12-13.
We had ice water and one Iced tea drink ($4.95 free refills) the total bill was $104
Minus the $40 gift cards and we still owed $65. Not including the tip.
From begining to end the service was better than average and the food was all very tasty. But to nit-pick here the very same menu items we had this night were quite a bit less just a couple of years ago. Eating out for one meal equates to grocery shopping for a week. I am not sure that is feasible these days.

The food was delicious. I had a rib eye with parmesan fries with a whiskey smash. They shut down the first floor and were only seating on the second floor, I’m assuming because it was New year’s eve. Didn’t realize what day it was until after I ordered. Wait was 20 mins which was pretty good considering what day it was. I’m looking forward to returning several time. The food and drinks were great. For 2 people we ordered 1 app, 2 mains and 2 desserts to go. Portions were filling. Ended up taking some food and our dessert home. The whiskey smash was fruity but not too sweet. Tasted like a drink I’d imagine you’d be served on a cruise. The bill was a few dollars short of $200 including tip. Tip is not mandatory but I always suggest tipping, especially if the staff is working on a holiday. This location is inside of a shopping that has free parking. I’m already making plan to go back soon with anyone willing to listen to me. The food was great but what mattered to me most was the patience our waiter had with me and my mom. He took the time to answer questions with no sign or frustration. He did a great job.

Amazing Food, just as you’d expect. Was here for my birthday last night, and we’ve been to this branch every time I visit New York. Absolutely delicious food.
Literally everything we ordered was bang on. Portion sizes are quite big too so we couldn’t finish the entrees.
