I was traveling recently and stopped here partly because I’ve had good experiences at Applebee’s, but also it had been a long day on my motorcycle so a beer sounded really good.
I can’t remember the name of the dish I had, but essentially it was grilled chicken breast and shrimp with mushrooms and grilled onions and mashed potatoes on the side, severed on a sizzling platter. Mmmm! Good!
The server was attentive…Just enough to meet my needs but not intrusive.
The Dos XX was on tap and cold and dresses just right!
I left very satisfied.

We usually go to the location on Lohman and it’s always a hit or miss. I never remember this location by Valley Walmart. This one is pretty decent! The service was fast, and our waitress was good too. I gave 4 stars for service as she never refilled my iced tea. The appetizer we got was the Spinach and Artichoke dip(10/10) and the entrees we got were ribs and steak.
My ribs were almost fall off the bone(see video) and my wife’s steak was grilled a 9/10(it was a little too red for her). All in all a good place for some decent grub that won’t break the bank.

Saturday 10/25 service was horrible our server Annalisa seemed mad from the beginning. She didn’t bring out the right drink after I pointed to it twice repeating it sent it back to add the whip cream. Asked for an extra straw, napkins she forgot I had to ask again. She only brought the straw no napkins had to ask again. Over heard her asking her other table “are you guys ready or not?” That is rude me as a server you always put a smile on and be nice, accommodating your tables at a timely matter and be organized respectful no matter if you are having outside problems. Server took awhile to check on us didn’t offer refills for the guests that had soda. Overall a terrible experience. Server needs more training on her customer service skills.

We throughly enjoyed our dinner tonight! We typically go to the other Applebees on the other side of town but here lately that one hasn’t been it, so we decided to give this one a try! And seriously, this was the first time we’ve had a sit down meal and was 100% all around happy, in quite some time. So props to the chef, staff and the manager for also coming by to check on us. Steaks were cooked perfectly, mashed potatoes weren’t dry and loved the appetizer.
And the place was very clean! Seen a few mixed reviews on that and just want to say that it was very clean and staff were very attentive.

This was a second chance visit and sad to say there will not be a third chance. It took a few minutes for someone to come forward to seat us. The restaurant was not very busy: only three tables and a handful of people at the bar. We were seated at a table and no one came by to offer drinks or take our order. They were not understaffed, either, as we saw at least two servers standing around plus a bartender. Like I said, this is the second time we’ve been stranded at a booth at this location. Unable to recommend due to no service.
