Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant’s on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille’s wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 – 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. One of our favorite restaurants. The service can’t be beat and the food is absolutely outstanding. The calamari is the best we’ve had anywhere (and we order it everywhere). The filet is so tender and flavorful. Absolutely love the creamed spinach. In the bar the filet sliders are to die for!!!!

I went in for lunch and it was pure perfection. The hostess was friendly. I was sat in the bar area it was clean and cozy for lunch. My salad was absolutely phenomenal. My server Olivia was exceptional she provided top tier service and made beverage recommendations since the soda machine was down. She made me a yummy non alcoholic grapefruit soda. Total experience 10 out of 10! It’s a fabulous environment for a lunch, dinner , or party. Will be back and get on that wine locker list.

Really great food. Went for lunch but was able to also order from the dinner menu, which was a huge plus. We were celebrating a birthday and upon arriving to our table, they had confetti on it and a personalized card. Really nice touch! You have to try the prosciutto appetizer, great flavor. We had the NY steak bone in which was delicious as well as their dinner scallop and lobster risotto, all so good. For dessert, the cheesecake was awesome. Mark provided exceptional service. Will definitely go back.

I also love finding places where I can dress up a little nicer, like a cute date night in heels kind of night but they also have a little more relaxed (but still elevated) sports bar kind of section.

We were there for opening night! What a beautiful restaurant! What a generous opening with a complimentary champagne room! The craft cocktails were divine. The service is impressive… the food was delectable. I highly suggest the caviar appetizer! Great wine list.

A perfect evening to celebrate a great friend’s Birthday. From the moment we walked in, everything detail was considered and staff delivered a fantastic experience. The appetizers, main courses, and drinks were exceptional, and our server and her assistants were very attentive and personal.

Smokehouse and Castaway better watch out, there’s a new upscale restaurant in Burbank, and it just raised the bar for a real date-night steakhouse.
We ate at The Capital Grille and the whole night felt polished from start to finish. Our waiter, Dalen, was kind, thoughtful, and quick. The pacing was perfect, everything came out at the right time, and we never had to ask twice for anything.
We started with the Korean style bacon as an appetizer, and it was amazing. Crispy, flavorful, and the kind of dish you’ll think about after you leave.
For the main dinner, I went with the tenderloin and lobster combo, and the lobster was incredible. The tenderloin was cooked perfectly, tender, and full of flavor. My wife had the wagyu filet and it was also outstanding, insanely tender and just flat-out delicious.
Upscale atmosphere, top-tier service, and food that delivers. Easy 5 stars. We’ll be back.

We used to go to the downtown LA location before it closed and always enjoyed it, but this location is far better. From the moment we started with the bread — which was incredible — the experience was outstanding. The service was absolutely flawless. We had the filet and lobster, and it’s been a long time since I’ve had a lobster tail that good. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We’re so happy with this meal and will definitely be regulars.
