Funky and creative family-owned Italian/Sicilian restaurant in Baltimore’s Little Italy. Staff was friendly and attentive, though a bit slow given the number of people and few people working. Several vegetarian options, and they were able to customize dishes to make them vegan (I ordered the gnocchi dish with a primavera sauce).

Worst Italian I’ve ever had. We lived in Europe for 10 years. We visited Italy a few times and Cafe Gia is not authentic Italian. Given the reviews, I drove round trip over 2 hours to try this restaurant. I ordered two orders of sea bass over risotto with lobster bisque. One of the pieces of fish was way smaller than the other.

Delicious! Came here on a whim while staying nearby with our small children. We went early and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was all great! We had the burrata starter which was delicious and perfect to share. The gnocchi was by far my favorite of all the pastas we ordered. The sauce and vegetables went so well with the pasta. So glad we chose to stop here!

We stopped by earlier this week on a trip to Baltimore, we arrived 15 minutes before they opened (our mistake) a very welcoming employee let us come in and sit down. Our waiter, who was originally from Morocco was a pleasure to talk to and offered wonderful service! The food was incredible! Even our 6 year old loved her food!!

Didn’t feel authentic. For starters the aperol spritz isn’t served in a wine glass and when I asked for it they removed the ice putting it on a flute. The bruschetta tasted nice, was definitely different, yet had a wilted, yellowing, unwashed lettuce leaf. Left after the appetizer to have my pasta elsewhere.

We had dinner here and everything was wonderful. Beautifully decorated outside space. Our server, Abdel, was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He recommended a nice summer salad for an appetizer and the sea food pasta was a great entree. We would definitely come here again.

Fantastic Italian restaurant, with tons of character, in Little Italy. Everything is delicious. The tiramisu is obviously handmade, probably the best I’ve had. Friendly, helpful staff.

A quaint and comfortable restaurant with attentive service and really good food. The veal saltimbocco was very enjoyable- rich and tender. The portions were equal to the price. I’m glad to have chosen to visit this restaurant on my trip.

Fantastic cocktails and excellent rustic Italian food. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the atmosphere is relaxing and low key. I highly recommend enjoying a meal and a drink here!
