The Capital Grille just does not miss!!! I am always so absolutely impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. Everything is always top-notch. We love the lobster mac and cheese- it’s a must every visit. I ordered the Tuna and it was a huge, perfectly cooked tuna steak. Instead of rice, they were able to put it on a bed of spinach to make it perfect for me. It was my fiance’s birthday and special occasions here are always memorable and exceptional. The chocolate mousse was decadent and delicious. We both ordered some amazing cocktails- they have something for everyone. The service is always so attentive, friendly and genuine. The downtown Fort Worth location was super convenient and beautiful. I highly recommend.

I absolutely loved this lobster crab cake!! Succulent and perfectly cooked- that paired with the truffle fries .

I actually got to enjoy this place 2 days in a row- 1st at the bar in the evening with friends and 2nd for lunch while I worked in a booth.

Both times everything was delicious, the fresh squeezed OJ in the mimosas was so divine.

All the staff were fantastic and so polite! Really looked like they enjoyed being there. Highly recommend this place!

The Capital Grille lived up to its hype. It’s no wonder they have been a staple in upscale dining especially in the business world. The ambiance is great, food is great and the service is phenomenal. Their lunch offerings at $28/plate make this an excellent choice for a lunch meeting with a client or a lunch date.

We came here for the happy hour and everything was pretty good besides the Caesar salad on bread. It was fine but probably would not order that again. Giving this place four stars because the valet left our windows down out front with the keys in the car for over an hour.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience my husband and I had at your restaurant today for Valentine’s Day.

Unfortunately, the service provided by our waitress, Ashley, was lackluster. I noticed her presenting roses to other tables, yet I was never offered one. Seeing every other guest leaving with a rose while I was excluded was incredibly hurtful and felt exclusionary.

Furthermore, the quality of the food was not up to standard. I ordered a Chef’s Choice Ribeye prepared medium-well. The steak arrived charred on the outside while remaining undercooked on the inside, suggesting the grill temperature was far too high. Although Ashley briefly checked on us, she stepped away before I could provide feedback. When she eventually returned with the check, I explained the issue with my nearly untouched plate. She insisted on having the kitchen “cook it up,” but the steak was returned completely burnt and inedible, with a noticeable burnt odor.

We paid $246 for a meal and service that did not meet expectations, especially compared to the consistent quality we find at Eddie V’s. Due to this experience, I do not plan on returning to this location.

I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve your service and kitchen standards.

They have a full gluten sensitive menu! Service was incredible and food was delicious. We received a complimentary dessert. Flourless espresso chocolate cake was SO GOOD!! Only complaint was it’s a little too dark in there but it gives a great ambiance. Would absolutely return and recommend.

A great spot, especially whenever you have a convention right down the street easily walkable.

Staff was outstanding. Super knowledgeable of the menu and very friendly.

The bread was fresh and delicious and they gave you plenty of butter. Appetizers we had calamari which was outstanding with a little spice.

I have the filet. It was cooked to perfection and they had Coke products for drinks which I greatly appreciated.

My steak was cooked just right. I also had the chowder with my meal. It was fantastic

Highly recommend you make easy reservations because this place can fill up if there is a convention down the street.

We had a wonderful evening with friends and our dining experience was fantastic. Our server, Alex, was perfectly attentive to us and did such a great job with timing and really added to the experience! We started with soup: lobster bisque and French onion. Both were superb. Sides can be ordered in either full or half order and even the half order was enough for more than two people to eat a good portion. We got the asparagus, potatoes au gratin, lobster Mac. All three were great additions to the meal. For our main course we had the chef recommended ribeye, a couple of the filet mignon and the scallops. Everyone enjoyed their meals, me most of all. My ribeye was over the moon. Came perfectly medium rare and the flavor and juicyness were unbelievable. I was rendered speechless. We don’t go to upscale places very often so we always hope it will be a great experience and this definitely was!

Amazing service and food. Went there for our silver anniversary and everything was great. The steak was perfectly cooked to temp and the tuna tartar was delicious. They even gave us a card and put little hearts on the table. How cute.

We had a wonderful meal last night. The salmon and filet mignon were amazing as well as the service. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and Brenda our waitress made us feel so special. We highly recommend Capital Grille.
