Good, basic, nothing special. Our lamb chop lollipops came out burnt & very well done we ordered med-rare. The corrected it. Oyster were heavily breaded, croutons aka Caesar sides definitely not worth it. Busy & understaffed at the bar.

It was my first time dining here & I went with my sister. We dined at the bar. We hit it at perfect timing as they were cleaning up the spot at the bar. It was really busy, but I enjoyed the atmosphere. I ordered the beets with arugula salad with goat cheese. It was delicious. We got 2 sides to share augratin potatoes with bacon & creamed corn. The portions were huge. I definitely recommend this place!!

Our dinner was excellent, but Martina, our server, was even better! She was kind & knowledgeable & went above and beyond to make our night special. If I could give her 10 stars for service, I would. If you could request her as a server, I wouldn’t hesitate. She deserves all of her stars! Overall, it was a wonderful anniversary dinner. Thank you Martina & we will see you again soon!

First time going in January for my birthday. Food was wonderful. Had a table of 8 and everyone enjoyed their food even though one in my party had to wait for his food. The Mgr. Capital grille in Naples is our favorite restaurant in swfl. We’ve been to all the major chains and locally owned and the food, service, and atmosphere are top notch. Tonight we were there for valentines dinner and Jay was our waiter. He was very attentive and the food was outstanding. They even went above and beyond with champagne, dessert, and roses. We will definitely be back!

We have been to this location several times. It has always been hit or miss.
This time was a miss for my father in laws birthday. The creamed spinach was old tasting and not fresh. The scalloped potatoes lacked flavor. But the sad part was our steaks. Very dry, sinious and lacked flavor. I think that if Capital Grill used prime cuts instead of choice the dry aging technique would work. You simply cannot dry age meats that have no marbling.

We were celebrating our anniversary. We didn’t have reservations (didn’t cross my mind to get one) and just showed up (a little underdressed I might add). Initially we were told we would have to wait 1 1/2 hours. Needless to say, I was disappointed and little put off by it. The Manager, (Christy if I recall correctly), intervened and said hold on and let’s see what’s available. I was still nervous that we were going to be told no can do. Instead, a few minutes later, she asked us to follow her and to our utter surprise, the table was set up with heart confetti and hand written happy anniversary card, a complimentary glass of champagne. We were stunned and most pleasantly surprised. I was ashamed of myself because I had caught a little attitude and yet, Christy went above and beyond anything I had expected. The food was great but the service – the service was amazing. To the manager and staff, a heartfelt thank you from us to you and your staff and team. We had a great wedding anniversary dinner!!! To the manager: the definition of hospitality and leadership!!!

We had dinner at Capital Grille with the family for my son‘s birthday. The table was decorated and everyone was sure to wish my son happy birthday. We ordered drinks and they were all very good. We ordered steaks and lobster tails and some side dishes and they were all excellent. Of course desert was excellent as well. We’ve been to Capital Grille a few times including the one in Southern California and they’ve always been top-notch. Our server was also very good. Highly recommend this place.
