We walked in about 25 min before 10pm on Friday night and it was empty, except maybe one other couple. We were told to use the self use kiosk, after halfway thur navigating that crap, i was then told that we could not eat in the dining room because they were closing in 20 minutes. So we left, with our daughter very heartbroken. Will not return to this location ever.

This is not some new restaurant, this is smokey bones. Besides that, there is not a lot of effort going in to the food. What I saw on the advertisement was not what I ordered. Actually, they got my order wrong, so I had to wait an additional 20 min for the food to be corrected and it was still bad. Do everybody a favor and take down those delicious looking burgers and chicken sandwiches on ur advertisements, please. Thank you

Burger was not correct. Was also the worst burger I have ever had. Save yourself some money and just get Burger King as bad as it is there it’s leaps and bounds better than the Burger Experience.

The cheeseburger was terrible. It tasted like it wasn’t under cooked even though there wasn’t any red or pink in the meet. The fries weren’t cooked all the way either.
