I’m new to the area and me and my mother really enjoy this restaurant. We went here a couple of days ago and we were disappointed. One of the workers were so sweet to us but the other one was absolutely horrible. We were very kind to her but she was very rude with us. Also kept on touching her glasses then touching the sandwich. Every time we asked for a sauce she would go like “what else?” Very rude. The restaurant was also very dirty they do not clean the tables or sweep the floor. When we got home, we realized the rude worker charged us for more than we got. Worst experience I’ve had with Subway yet.

The sign on the door says they are open Sundays, but they are not. Google-confirmed: they’re closed Sunday. This should be updated on their door as well. Not sure about food, service or atmosphere… ‍♀️

No stare for this subway people are very rude. I want to get the subway. Counter is very dirty. Every where is meat drop. Inside the cheese if you see the meat over there too. They don’t change the gloves either. They don’t put enough lettuce.they don’t put enough tomato. They are very rude n mean.if you tall them to put little more.they are cheating with people. They need money. But they don’t want to put enough vegetables.

I used to frequent this place weekly but it has seriously went downhill in terms of service. I placed a mobile order and the app told me the order failed to be placed so I gave up and went somewhere else. When I checked my bank account later, I saw a charge and called the restaurant immediately. The girl who answered the phone said the sandwich had already been made but I had to go to work and did not have time to pick it up. She told me to contact the online customer service so I did. The online customer service told me to go to the restaurant for a refund. I went into the restaurant and the (i’m assuming manager) was rude and did not listen to my concerns. I told her I never picked up my order and the app had malfunctioned. I simply asked for a replacement sandwich and she told me they never had any mobile orders that day. She basically called me liar even though I showed the charge on my account. She cut me off and said “ma’am what would you like to order?” I disputed this with my bank to no avail. It was not the principle of getting the refund, but how I was treated as a very frequent customer, she was rude to nearly everyone in line. Another guest asked if there was any compensation for the ovens being broken (no toasted subs) and she said rudely “ma’am there is a sign on the door saying they are broken, no.” In the guests’ defense there were about 5 hand written signs on the door so i’m not reading an essay before I go into a restaurant. As someone who has worked in both the food and customer service industry, I would never treat a customer this way, especially a customer that used to visit almost twice a week.

Would just like to start out saying I have hardly ever frequented this location of subway in greenwood since they had a no coupon policy but since that had recently changed and its much closer than the others I figured why not? Well after placing my online order and picking it up we went home and found scrappings of meat on basically a salad sandwich. I mean just because you now take coupons doesn’t mean if I get half price give me half the meat on both sandwiches. Just ridiculous.

Nasty. Me and my mom got subs from here last night and got sick right after eating, I will not be back for a LONG long time. This is the next day and we still feel awful and sick. The workers throw stuff around carelessly and aren’t sanitary at all since they keep using the same dirty utensils and rags on everything and the workers are more concerned about leaving and cleaning up and talking among each other than the quality of the food. Disgusting. If you’re smart, you won’t eat here.
