Holy cow. Never witnessed a bigger group of clowns working at a Dunkin around 12. This is why people hate on younger generations in the work place. These kids/employees didn’t get my order right and that’s most definitely due to the fact they’re all giggling and playing on their phones. I initially noticed a drink missing from my order and asked if I could receive it. The employee helping me at the window asked for someone to get it. And a kid just said “I put it over there.” Like hello? Why don’t you be useful and help out your coworkers like a decent human being and grab the damn drink.

Usually my go to Dunkin but the for the last few months the croissants they use for breakfast sandwiches are dense and chewy. Only this location has this problem. I tried 2 other locations recently thinking that maybe Dunkin just changed the recipe. The other locations I got a fluffy flaky croissant with my sandwich. Went back here today and got a smaller chewy croissant. Not sure if its not thawed or cooked improperly but I will continue to visit other nearby locations instead of this one so I get the product I pay for.

The employees at this Dunkin’ Donuts are incompetent on every level. They don’t even know how to correctly toast a bagel. I can’t wait for the day that they are replaced with robots.

Only this dunkin makes my order wrong every time. I have a very simple order a medium ice coffee with 5 creams and 2 sugars. I have continued to go there only because its the closest to my work when im running behind. I have taken the time to write out a review today because while I was ordering my coffee they would repeat back the order totally wrong they said 12 creams no sugar. I was patient and repeated my order back several times. And they would say 12 creams 9 sugars. I realized they were messing with me when i can hear staff in the background laughing and commenting on how funny it was. I decided not to react. They finally repeated back my order correctly and when i got my coffee it was made wrong again with 7 creams and no sugar. The management really needs to train their employees better and the staff needs to be monitored for unprofessional behavior.

I’m sorry but if I’m using a drive-thru to order a piece of bread with grape jam and strawberry jam and paying over $5 for it I expect it to at least be put on the bread spread this is very disappointing The whole reason for paying $5 for a piece of bread is convenience not so I can work over it.

Ordered a large hot chocolate. With whipped cream… please explain why half of it is gone? I didn’t drink any of it but when peaking into the cup to see that I was shocked. There is a 4 inch difference. I don’t really see why whipped cream should be taking up half the cup. Why even pay for a large.

I went to this location tonight, before heading to Sundown and I was impressed. Im used to the Hartford Dunkins where they mess up your order and decide to give you what they think you should have vs what you request and pay for. My tea was made perfectly how, I wanted it. I will be back when I go back to sundown. The lady at the window was nice too! Thanks Dunkin on Albany Tnpk 🙂 the little things in life that make and dont break good moments are meant to be shared and rejoiced.
