Probably the best trained staff in all the Dunkin’s in the Farmington valley. Cappuccinos are what we order and they are made right ninety five percent of our visits. Very polite staff.

As a regular customer of Dunkin Donuts I was shocked and surprised that when I asked for a single glazed munchkin for my dog that I was told that I need to pay for it. The young man that was running the drive thru this morning 4/2/2023 at approx 10:30am is not customer service friendly at all. Pets have always received a dog treat in the past and when they are out they always offer a single munchkin. I suggest your crew watch a short video by Will Farrel called “Give them the pickle.” This video can be found online.

This is my favorite Dunkin.’ The service and the are food great. All of the hot drinks are on point! As are the iced ones. It typically not too busy to sit inside and enjoy a hot coffee or whatever you choose. Great job to all the folks that work there!

This is purely based off service, not product because honstley, after standing around for five minutes at the register no one even acknowledged my presence. I can understand if it’s busy and you have a line of cars waiting at the drive-thru, but when I’m standing looking over to counter to see if anyone in fact works at the location I’m going elsewhere. I may have to make it myself but at least at a gas station I’ll get coffee instead of standing around.
