We made a reservation (they accept 1 week in advance) for a party of 8 and it was ready early, accommodated well and couldn’t have been more pleased with its location in the restaurant. We asked up front if they split the bill individually, they do not, but we were prepared with our own plan, so I encourage you to do the same.

Found this place by chance & decided to try it out. Arrived on a Saturday evening with no reservations. Staff was courteous & pleasant. Got us a table in a few minutes which was set, complete with water & a bowl of fresh homemade chips & salsa. Nice! We ordered two of their house specials, a Mexican spicy beef dish w/ rice & a salmon fillet baked in orange sauce with pistachios. Both were really good & cooked perfectly! I finished with a slice of their blueberry cheesecake. Ya! Service was prompt, prices were reasonable & the atmosphere was pleasant. My wife & I both give this place a big thumbs up. Would definitely return If your in the Schroon/ Brant/Loon Lake area this one goes right on the list. Bravo!

Wowed! As a vegan on a roadtrip adventure, the mountains can be a tricky place to have a delicious and unique dining experience! My husband and I are in the Adirondacks, staying at the Paradox Lake Campground. We have ventured north to hike in the high peaks, and south for the funny, quirkiness of Lake George. We have been dining sporadically throughout the regions, and hands-down, The Bullhouse, has been the absolute best dining experience thus far! They had a separate vegan menu for me, and I had a grilled vegan caeser salad, and the artichoke cakes with a vegan baked potato, complete with vegan butter and sour cream! My husband (not a vegan) had the barbacoa, and loved it. In addition, I noticed many gluten-free options, making this the perfect dining option for anyone. I was so impressed with the menu and delivery of the food. The taste was divine. If I could give this restaurant 100 stars, I absolutely would! If you are in the area, make sure to make this a stop!

Just had dinner here for first time after seeing it for many years. Always packed!!! Entire experience was awesome but the best was our server Aiden. Personable, knowledgeable and attentive, but not too much. . We now have a new place in Chestertown and we will def be back!!!

Great service and the bartender was very good. Me and my friend ordered two ribeye steaks. We never had ribeye steaks with so much grizzle. I don’t even think they were ribeyes because I’ve never encountered that much gristle in a ribeye steak. My friend had eaten there the previous year and the steak was great from what he said but this was not the same. I recommend the place but stay away from the ribeye steak.

Would have given a higher rating, but the manager had absolutely no personality and while we were still eating this girl just starts sweeping the rugs right next to us raising all kinds of dust. Our waitress was fantastic and no real complaints on our meals. Just wasn’t made to feel comfortable, so probably won’t go back.
