The french toast were really dry and cold. Some of the foods are cols mainky because they were out for a while.
My friends loved the sea food, I loved the pesto sauce, pasta and yummy macaroons.
There is a huge variety of food ranging from sushi to pasta, rice, plenty of meats and seafood. The quality is pretty good, I would repeat.
The atmosphere is nice. Food is spectacular. Multiple choices of everything you could think of Italian, Cuban, Asian and so much more….
Worth the price tag. SO MANY things to choose from. Seriously, all kinds of food and cuisine. Tried a big variety and everything was delicious. My favorite were the Oysters Rockefeller and of course the crab legs. On point. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Def going back next trip to Vegas!

Not worth $80/person for dinner. The variety and quality of food compares to a nice station casino at best. Memories of the fab buffet @the Bellagio 10 yrs ago are long gone…bummer.

Honestly, I had really high expectations because I heard this was the go-to spot for lots of people who visit Las Vegas, but I was not impressed with the food at all. The place was very clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and available throughout the buffet areas. The food just looked way better than it tasted. The variety was there, but most things just had no flavor. The yams were good, but cold. For the dinner price, I expected to leave full and happy and that was not the case. Still want to try the brunch menu but less excited now.

Food was par for higher end buffets. Highlights include their prime rib and the plentiful assortment of other dishes, but the best part has to be the dessert and juice sections.
Unfortunately, their pork belly was as dry as the deserts of Nevada, the poke bowl was saltier than the oceans, and all their cheesecakes tasted the same (delicious, but the cheese overpowered any other flavours).
Service was slow and our group of five, and we usually had a full stack of plates before someone came to clear it. Definitely, not deserving of that 18% tip.
Overall, it was probably a 3.5/5. The juice bar is awesome, and their desserts, albeit lacking differentiation, are great.

Went to the brunch for $56.99 they had some seafood like crawfish, oyster and salmon. I was surprised they had a carving station for prime rib, beef ribs and crispy pork. Their Asian side look like panda Express. Poke station and omelette station. Kids eat free under 10 yrs old which was nice for them. They eat pancakes bacon pizza and eggs. Gelato and cheese cake.

The foods and service are certainly not worth $75 a person for a Saturday night buffet. Not sure it’s the general trend of LV or just specific to Bellagio. Food quality and ingredient certainly going down hill. Even bread pudding which is considered the main stable of LV buffet is now a breakfast only item.

Bellagio buffet is known as mediocre at best among the Vegas strip buffets. We came here for brunch on a weekday, priced at $54.99 per person. While the selection initially looks large, there was also a lot of what I consider “filler” items that take up several stations and are low cost, like salads, condiments, bagels and bread. Most of the food is prepared en masse to be spooned out, rather than being plated individually as you might find at the nicer buffets. Carving station included various meats, and their turkey was genuinely tasty. Asian section seems oddly small, as it included only fried rice, lo mein, wings, stir fries vegetables, pork lumpia, and plain rice. By far the best dessert was the selection of macarons; the quality is such that I’d pay money to buy them in a shop – the rest, including cakes and cheesecakes were bland and forgettable, and their Gelato had a strange grittiness. As with all MGM buffets, their coffee machine serves instant coffee, which I find very cost cutting. We had a BOGO 50% off offer through MyVegas app (so total for two with tax and tips came to just shy of $100), which is a fair price… but I would not pay full price. You’re not getting as much of the “restaurant” quality cooking as Wicked Spoon or Wynn, and it’s honestly just a little better than MGM Grand or Excalibur for a much bigger price. You’re also not getting as much value as the off strip buffets like Palms AYCE or South Point (the latter being quite incredible in selection and taste for less than $15/pp). Bellagio is largely coasting on its reputation – I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
