Saw mixed reviews but read it was under new ownership & was close, so I gave it a shot. Super friendly staff, fresh ingredients, and my sandwich was loaded and just right. They also accept coupons. would visit here again.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for a couple of years, and I have to say the change under the new ownership has been amazing! The difference is like night and day. The old owner really struggled with service, cleanliness, and food quality, but now everything has improved tremendously.
The store is spotless, the ingredients are fresh, and the sandwiches are made with care. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. You can tell the new owner truly cares about the business and the customers.
It’s great to see this place finally reaching its potential. Highly recommend stopping by—this is now one of the best Subways around!

Cookies were given free to the customer before us with their order and after us, however when a customer asked why didn’t they give us one, cashier lady said it’s only for him. Although she spoke softly so I couldn’t hear, I heard it all. I didn’t care for the cookie, it’s just the principle of it all. Poor customer service for us.

I stopped by this Subway on my way home, and I’m so glad I did! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by JAGRUTI, the new owner. She was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in running this location.
What stood out the most was the freshness of the bread—it was hands down the freshest I’ve ever had at any Subway. You could literally taste the difference. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and made to perfection. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted, and the ingredients tasted super fresh.
It’s rare to find such great customer service and quality food in one place, but this location nailed both. It’s now officially my favorite Subway, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon. If you’re in the area, this spot is a must-visit!

This location is under new ownership. I can definitely see the difference in quality of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant. New owner is definitely changing the place up. I met the new owner Jagruti she is extremity helpful and loved the fast and friendly service. She also mentioned they are renovating the restaurant soon. Looking forward to it. I will be definitely coming back more often now. And yes they also accept all the coupons now. Just love it

Male in late 50s took my order, he was out of uniform. I’m guessing the owner. I paid $18 for my footlong and received nothing but bread and condiments. They cheat customers out of meat portions by only placing half. Very bad for business especially if we’re paying extra for you to get extra meat. Never coming here again. This Subway is THE BEST Subway location I have been to in the Northern Chicagoland Area (where I live). That’s not an exaggeration because I eat LOTS of Subway, at least two times every week of the year, so I would know. I have ate at many Subways locations in the city and Suburbs of Chicago. This location is my favorite overall – based on food quality, cleanliness, and employees.
The manager and the employees are good people who run their business right. It’s always clean and organized in there. The bread is always fresh and soft. The veggies and meats always taste good. The fountain drinks are always properly mixed from the machine. The employees are friendly and attentive. Even when rude, annoying customers come in there the employees deal with their nonsense very well. Very professional behavior. Very clean store. Very delicious subs! 5 stars.
