“The Bucket” was formed in 2017 to be a place where anyone could enjoy a little West Virginia hospitality, some good entertainment, tasty food and a great atmosphere! We came in the waitress told us we could sit wherever we wanted, our waitress was super sweet. We had apps, wings and beer. The apps were alright, the pickles were tasty but a bit oily for my taste. The dip that went with them wasnt my favorite, tasted a little like ketchup. The pretzels and cheese were delicious. They were covered in butter with chunky salt. The wings were good and pretty big by normal standard. I had spicy honey, and expected them to be a bit hotter but were more like a sweet n sour kinda feel. Beer was cold and delicious. We’ve been a few times, and well always go back!

We stopped here for their “famous” house made pepperoni rolls….and they did not disappoint!!! Probably the best I’ve ever had. We even got another one to go to take home to our daughter. The bucket balls are damn good too! We don’t live that close by but we intend on stopping back again when we’re in the area.

What a fantastic experience we had! From the moment we walked in to when we left, it was a grand time! The service could have been better for our table specifically however I believe this employee was still in training. The food was to die for! The cheese fries were phenomenal! The fries were so crispy and well seasoned. I did enjoy the pepperoni roll also, but my favorite dish was the burger! The meat was seasoned generously, and if they had brought out the burger itself without any condiments or toppings I still would have eaten it with a smile. Yes, it was THAT good! We will be back and in greater numbers!

This was our first visit an The Bucket didn’t disappoint. The prime rib, served on Thursdays, was served exactly as requested. It was so flavorful, well seasoned with a kiss of smoke.

First and last time I will be eating there. Went here to eat with family and try it out. Crystal was our server and the attitude not only by her but just overall the interactions with all of the waitresses acted rude, bothered when asked for napkins, and the wait time for food get to our table was just shy of 2 hours because “yeah to-go orders take priority and those orders are our focus right now not dine in”. Once the food was delivered to our table, it wasn’t that impressive either. Paid almost $20 and got charged $1 per onion ring ($4.00). Ridiculous. Over salted, tasted like you was pouring salt straight from the container, chicken was hard, dry and chewy. Asked for napkins and condiments and the waitress who delivered the food rolled eyes and walked away, didn’t say anything; though she did bring it back to us but it’s a simple request that doesn’t require the attitude.

Amazing! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Spectacular wings and sauce. Phenomenal service. Such friendly and personable staff. Very clean and welcoming environment. We will definitely make the trip to eat here regularly and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get them a try!

I ordered the Sasquatch burger. It is HUGE, and I didn’t come remotely close to finishing it, but it was so good! The service was great, as well as the atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor dining, a full bar, and a laid back vibe gave me a great first impression of this place.

So we went here on my birthday. This was the first time trying the bucket. Do not be fooled by these pictures. All of the food was cold and incorrect. I ordered the Wester burger and the burger had no flavor. The onion rings were cold along with my entire meal. My daughter ordered the “Bucket burger” she asked for no onion no tomato no mustard. The burger was brought out with all that. It took a while before it was brought back correctly. The waitress had an attitude so did the Manager. My mothers ordered “Smoked wings” not smoked at all. We all tried a piece of one they were just baked. The manager claimed they were smoked with pellets. I recommend Dwight’s in St. Albans if you want a good burger or salad. This place claims they are busy when they get things wrong. Had an attitude about it. Also brought my mother a huge plate of cucumbers that were huge slices. When they were missing from her salad.
