Would not recommend. We were looking forward to the “Culver’s” experience, highly disappointed. “Welcome to Delicious” – more like “Welcome to dry, flavorless burgers, fries that are most likely sitting in the tray for too long, and shakes that aren’t blended properly.” I’m not sure if this specific location is understaffed but it appears like there are several negative food reviews and comments about filthy inside dining experiences. You definitely expect quality food for the price you pay.

I went through the drive through a couple days ago for lunch. I made it back to work and realized they forgot my side salad and my soup was only half full. I returned with my receipt and explained the situation. They were very quick to apologize and assured me they’d get me my salad and a new soup. Additionally, an older gentleman who I believe might been the manager told me to help myself to a couple pints of ice cream from the cooler. It was totally not needed, but I felt it was very kind of them to make their wrongs right. They addressed the mistake with an apologetic attitude and ensured me they’d fix it. They are always kind here and except for this small mistake, they service is typically fast, efficient, and friendly.

Almost every time I come in the restaurant it is dirty. Tables are dirty and seats have crumbs and food on them. The carpet and floors have not been swept snd or vacuumed. It’s a shame that this store appears below the cleanliness standard in the customer seating area. It does make me wonder how clean the kitchen is.

Everything is usually right when I get food but my concrete mixer barely had any candy it. Might as well have ordered just a plain one. It was also wrong. Suppose to be chocolate with Reese’s and brownie bites. I got crumbs. Literal crumbs of Reese’s and OREO! Didn’t ask for that.

Average Culver’s experience on a good day. Maybe avoid coming here while busy, Ive unfortunately had to turn around from missing items for this location more times than I’d like to publicly admit.

Burgers are, burgers ya know? Shakes and cold products are good, for the available alternatives nearby after 6pm and Adrian’s closes. Fries are good. (when they don’t forget them) 6/10 on a good day.

Never go there again. See image. This burger was not even edible. Sadly, I drove 20 minutes away before finding this burger was like this. When I called there to speak with a manager they hung up on me. I tossed the burger out my car window for the seagulls to eat. To my surprise, they didn’t even want to touch it.

This is the third time I’ve had to wait for my food for more than 10 minutes, today was 20 minutes. I order ahead so I don’t have to wait. I sat waiting for my food after checking in and watch 5 cars get served first, 2 of them came through the drive thru after I arrived. I finally had enough and went inside. There sits my food while 10 confused looking employees are wondering around. Now I’m home eating a cold burger and cold cheese curds. Come on! I know you have the game in Burlington bc there aren’t many fast food places here. But this is just not acceptable. And the fact that one meal (with a concrete instead of a soda) is almost 20 bucks is ridiculous! Three dollars more to make your single burger a double. For that tiny piece of meat?! Yeah, I’m done with this location. Now, back to my expensive, cold food. ggrrrrr!

Food like usual was amazing. But the restaurant was filthy. Every table was dirty food on the floor. That’s understandable if they’re busy but when I asked it they could wash a table. I finally gave up, sat down and ate and 25 minutes later nobody still had washed the tables off. I won’t be back to eat at this location.

Went inside for lunch. Waited 25 minutes (so did another couple ahead of us). Restaurant is freezing so many had jackets still on. Food was sitting on the counter (not under a heat lamp, just the counter) apparently “waiting for coleslaw.” Meanwhile, we watch car after car be served out the window. The fries are cold. The roll is hard and cold. No butter was provided. The only warm thing was the fish, and I’m not risking eating fish that sat out because staff decided to focus on drive-thru over customers sitting inside.

The staff is very unprofessional and unhygienic. They won’t even use clean hands to properly close the lids.
There was one girl who was clean, hygenic and friendly. On one visit she wasn’t there and when I asked about her from other staff members they had no idea who I was talking about. My review is aolely based on this location. Other locations might be different.
