What a lovely Sunday morning treat!! Best Salmon Croquettes I have had since Deacon Burton’s closed.(Honestly, better than my mom’s but I did not say that out loud)
Staff is fantastic and super friendly.
The chicken gravy this morning was over salted but that is an anomaly.

The Breakfast Spot East Side serves up deliciousness for a reasonable price. I ordered the salmon croquettes, which reminded me of weekend breakfast with my late mom. My husband ordered the whiting fish that was fried to perfection. The grits were creamy and tasty. The staff was so friendly, and they were kind to give us a sample of their flavorful biscuit with chicken gravy. The restaurant was clean and the parking lot was a decent size. I recommend a stop for breakfast or brunch!

The food is always delicious. BUT there are issues with their Uber Eats service/app. I ordered my food at around 7:15am but they do not open until 8am which is something I learned today. So my ordered was delayed then canceled by Uber eats because they could not pick up the order at that time so I re-order my food exactly like I did before and the order included eggs with the buy one get one free chicken, wings, and waffles. NO eggs came with my order and no notification/communication that I could not get them. But they were available while ordering from the app. My recommendation is that someone in leadership go in their app at the store and tweak the details of the menu for delivery and opening times so people do not lose money like I did and have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund. It’s misleading and I would have loved to get the eggs that I ordered. It’s still a really good breakfast spot but just need some logistical details ironed out. And I’m really disappointed by not getting the eggs cause they really would have made the meal.

And toto top off that the lady at the register was a little upset because I was unhappy with my order. Handed me $2 back for my coffee ( I didn’t ask for my money back) I wanted another coffee, and just walk away
No thank you I’ll send my money elsewhere

So I went here with group from work and for most part they said food was good but the prices is crazy work. I got a biscuit and a 1/3rd of a hot dog(sausage) and payed 7 dollars. 2 eggs is 5$ thats wild. Food is decent but prices is crazy work

What an awesome surprise! We have been loyal for years to another breakfast spot in south Decatur, but needed a new one on Sundays! I remembered passing by and thought my husband and I should try it. It was awesome!
For $14.00 my husband and I had plenty of food for breakfast (including some juice!) and a full sausage link to take home!
The biscuits were delicious and the gravy was so good! Chicken sausage links were large and juicy!
We were also told about the evening restaurant on the other side of the building, cannot wait to come back and cannot wait to try it!
